I asked for an MRI to get an update of my spine for syringomyelia. My last MRI was in 2012 in New Zealand. The cost in NZ is high and arranging it is complex. I highly recommend this especially to expatriates. I chose this clinic because they responded promptly to my first email. The other clinics were unresponsive. Vinmec offered outstanding service. Reception staff were professional, efficient and friendly. The MRI procedure was thorough and relaxed. I was able to go out of the hospital and return a short time later to pick up the report. The report was in English and very clear. I asked for the scans to be put onto a disk for my neurosurgeon in NZ and this was provided with a smile. The hospital was clean and inviting.
