Fabulous.

Dr. Navarro was most helpful in answering questions and arranging the accommodations in CanCun. That was very helpful since it was my first time to Mexico. He even arranged for me to get picked up at the airport and met me at the apartment when I arrived to give me some orientation of places to shop, visit, maps, location of the hospital for the surgery and more. He's very down to earth. In fact, he insists to call him by first name, Fernando. His associate Dr. Nartowicz was equally down to earth and friendly. Since I was awake during the long hours of the surgery and able to occasionally look at my head in the mirror during breaks, I talked with them and asked questions. What most impressed me was that Fernando Sylwia both were very much enjoying their work. Most people, including myself will find it very difficult to work so many hours at such detailed and precise work. But they explained that their personalities cause it to be almost therapeutic to focus so closely and zone everything else out. And it really shows in their zest and enthusiasm to get it just right. Also, during those hours of surgery they were most enjoyable for conversation. They even took me out and treated me to dinner afterwards at a nice restaurant and we had more fun conversation. In the days that followed, Fernando followed up with me on the healing process and was also very kind to even do a bit of shopping for items to eat for a few days until it was okay to go out on my own. Next time, I will stock up the refrigerator on the day before surgery to save him this trouble. On a 5 star system, I will give them both 10 stars. And with the cost only one fourth of the expense in the USA for the same amount of follicle transplants, it's shocking to get so much personal assistance and attention. That will never be the case in the USA. I feel than Fernando and Sylwia are more than surgeons now--they're friends. And I'm eager to go back for follow up surgery in a few months to see them again and continue the transformation of my hair. They improved my forehead last time. And now that a few months passed, I see the new hairs growing while not fully grown out yet, and it's very refreshing. Next time, they'll work more on the crown of my head and the back. Fabulous.
