I did my hair transplant at DHI four months ago. They had excellent online feedback, so I thought it would be my best option. I’m happy with the results I’m seeing so far. When I asked them if I could get a discount, they actually gave me one! I experienced no pain. The staff were very good, especially with their detailed explanations. The doctor, everyone else was kind and took great care of me. It was a fantastic experience. We followed up once, but I didn’t need too many check-ups because I’m okay.

No regrets choosing DHI Clinic. The first time I entered the door I got VIP accommodation from Ms Nicole & Dr Rafael who explained to me everything I wanted to know in connection to my intention for a hair transplant. I was shown a complete video of how the treatment is done and pictures of patients before and after. Convinced that this is the latest star in the industry, I finally had my treatment done by Dr Rafael with his very able team Dr Jaymme and Ms Jen 3 days ago. My crown area was completely empty. The procedure was not painful, only unpleasant during anaesthesia. I was comfortable even if it took long. Now my crown is full of hairs and very dense. I'm excited to see the final results! Very nice welcome. I was nervous at first, but felt better soon after because everyone explained the process very well; during consultation and during the procedure. Very competent team! Bravo!

It took me around 9 years of shedding hair and reluctantly researching remedies before deciding to go ahead with my procedure. I found that it was very difficult to find personal accounts or recommendations for any procedure until I found this website. As such, I will try to relate my experience with, my success with and my wholehearted recommendation for DHI Makati, Manila. This is my experience only and I was fairly adamant that I would try to avoid invasive surgery.I called Catherine in October 2016. I was 43 years old and wished to visit the clinic to discuss my situation. I had a receding hairline and quite prominent thinning over two-thirds of my scalp. Catherine met me and we went through the process of prognosis, action required and method. This lead to an approximation of around 3000 hairs requiring extraction and reinstating above. DHI has a patented device which does this very neatly and aligns the implants with the existing hair direction. It was decided that I would return in January 2017 to do the procedure.19th January, I showed up at the clinic, 8 am sharp. It needs to start early, as the procedure can take between 7 – 13 hours. Mine worked out towards the lesser end of that timeframe. After a relaxing time, change of clothes, it was time to take around 6 medicines and shave the head. This is optional, however, it made the whole day pass incredibly quickly and comfortably. With an hour break to eat at lunchtime, I was finished by 4.30pm. This, in part, due to the nature of my hair having multiple follicle roots, therefore only around 2500 hairs were extracted. Nothing during any of the procedure was in the slightest way painful for me, however injecting quite a lot of anesthetic painlessly is an art, and I highly recommend Dr. Chris. At the end of the day, the head is wrapped and you can go home.Out of all that happened, the staying at home for some days after the procedure was the most difficult part of the whole experience. 3 days is mandatory really, to prevent infection and nurse the wound. After that, the dressing can be removed and one has to apply saline solution every 30 minutes to the head. I ended up not going out for a week.I really can wholeheartedly recommend DHI with a service and result that exceeded my expectations. Absolutely what was promised.
