It was so easy from the day I inquired. Very responsive to my questions and very detailed. They picked me at the airport and I think I was just lucky to find my name so quickly with all the people waiting there carrying your printed name. I was booked in a very nice and clean hotel while in constant communication with Nikki which makes me feel not alone to the entire trip. They picked me from my hotel to their clinic and It was such a nice and clean clinic with very friendly staffs. I was booked for an operation the next day by Dr Mos and just like every other operation, I was so nervous. He made an outline for the area to have a transplant and I made a little edit to my desire of how id love it to look like and it was an easy decision for both. I already had quotes from them before when we were just emailing. He advised me to have 1,960 grafts (i wish I made it 3000 grafts). We started the operation and Dr Mos made me very comfortable, although, the first injection stings and anxiety made it worse. After the injection, it was all numb in several minutes and he started harvesting every beautiful hair I had and by the way, they will cut your hair very very short (donor's hair). It was 4 hrs of harvesting then we had a break for my lunch it was the first time I had tom yum soup and I love it so much. then after lunch, we proceeded to hair transplant (FUE). It was 4 hrs no pain operation. They kept on checking on me from the time we started to the time we finished the operation and it was a very comfortable one tbh. I thought it would be tiring but it's not. Maybe it was tiring for the doctor but he made it wonderfully. I had post-op instructions, the "what" and "what's not" to do. Then sent back to my hotel and everything is history. the following day the nurse showed me the wound care. Then just like every other operation, it's hard during the first 3 weeks but after that, you don't mind about it anymore. Almost 80% of my transplanted hair fell off but I wasn't worried coz Nikki told me before the operation that it will happen naturally, what's important are the follicles and not the hair. So I waited for 2 months for the hair to grow and it did, they did - it was so itchy though. The outcome for the operation would take too long to see because naturally, hair does not grow that quick. I traveled all the way from America to this clinic for chin implant. i must admit although i was unable to find other reviews on this clinic with regards to chin implant, i jumped at the chance to have this clinic perform my procedure. Dr. Kulakarn was very professional, she responded to all and every inquiries within a reasonable time frame. She was very knowledgeable on the procedure and served to put my mind at ease while explaining what i should expect without overselling me on any other procedure. i chose her based on an innate faith i had in her and her expertise. Also,her prices are very reasonable compare to others in the field. i had my procedure done within less time frame and less down time. i am very happy i chose her because i like what she did for me. If you are seeking a diligent, professional doctor try this doctor and you will never regret it. the clinic over all was clean, the workers there were very professional and the only thing i can say is that it is just too far out of Bangkok city (about 60 mins). I am 28 years old and I'm just a salaryman. It's hard to find a clinic with a reasonable price and gives a great result, but this place is the place. The place is clean, nice, and gives good service. But the important part is the doctor is very kind and experienced. She knows how I feel and know how to deal with my problem. Her advise is very detailed and she can draw out the hairline that suits me very well. I did FUE hair transplant because my hairline was receding. The only time that hurts is the first injection for anaesthetics and the rest of the procedure is very close to no pain at all. The time went by very fast. Right after the surgery, my face has changed a lot and I am very satisfied with her work. It was really worth paying for.I only got dizzy a little but the rest is very impressive.
