The clinic atmosphere is excellent. Dr Prima is lovely, and all my questions are answered clearly. I have done a lot of research before ending up with Hairsmith Clinic. It is a valued investment because it’s a one-time surgery that the transplanted hair will be with you forever. Try talking to this clinic, and you will realise that I’m not flattering.

Dr Prima and the team were amazing. I can 1000% recommend anyone thinking of FUE treatment to go to Hairsmith Clinic and see Dr Prima. I was clearly explained the entire procedure and had an in-depth 1on1 consultancy session with Dr Prima where she discussed her plan to achieve the best results. I can say that after 6months, I am already totally satisfied with the results and I have another 6months growing to come. spring the procedure, the team always makes sure you are comfortable and pain-free. It truly was 100% pain-free. I was able to watch movies on my phone and they even provided a really nice lunch, if you are thinking of FUE... go to Dr PRIMA. Being based in Singapore, I decided to get the procedure in Bangkok with Hairsmith because their costs are very attractive to other markets and their results are not just equal but better. nothing beats the friendliness of the Thai team.

I had an FUE procedure done back in November 2017 and I recently got an SMP in June 2019 to make my hair look thicker. Both procedures were done here at Hairsmith. I can truly tell you that I had an amazing experience with both my hair transplant and the SMP procedure. The SMP technician name Kim worked tirelessly and diligently to ensure the procedure was done correctly. She worked late without cutting corners and ensured that I was pleased with the results. One night she worked past midnight, again to ensure that the procedure was done right. She explained what she did before performing the procedure. She was very flexible and worked with my schedule so I was very pleased with that. Overall I highly recommend Hairsmith for a hair transplant and if you are considering an SMP then Hairsmith is your place. 5-star service for a fraction of the price if compared to the west. Thank you Hairsmith, Dr Prima and Kim the SMP technician, you've made an amazing experience for me and I truly appreciate everything that you've done. I highly recommend Hairsmith.

I had the hair transplantation at Hairsmith Clinic. Dr Prima and her team have offered an excellent service. They are friendly. My procedure took a long time, but the doctor didn't go anywhere from 12.30 pm - 07.00 pm. I respect her determination. Now, it's been almost three years, and the result is stunning. My friends always mocked at my high forehead before, but now, no one can do that to me anymore!

I went for the FUE hair transplant with Dr Prima at Hairsmith Clinic two years ago. It was about 1,400 grafts. I had a hairline receding at that time and feel less confident, especially when meeting with my business clients. Dr Prima is certified by an American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS) and has a lot of excellent results to show off. These are the result why I chose this clinic because I felt I would be safe in her good hands. They said the picture speaks louder than words. I have attached my photo to show the result. Before I have a hair transplant done, I really have no confidence. I feel like the world is going dark. I always asked myself why my hair had gone so fast, but I couldn’t do anything. This suffering is changed when I found Hairsmith Clinic. My life is changed forever. My friend told me that I should try to find some clinic that provides the hair transplant surgery, he recommended this clinic to me and then this is the place I met Dr Prima.Dr Prima is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. The clinic is so clean. Her staff are also very helpful to me. I love this place. In my opinion, hair transplant skill is not easy. You have to know a lot about hair and head skin structure. However, her hair transplant skill is splendid! I experienced no pain, and the result is so amazing. It even exceeded my expectation. Right now, I got my hair already! Dr Prima took care of me even after the procedure. She and her staff always ask about my wound and the hair condition; this impresses me. And when I had any questions, she always answers me promptly. I had a hair transplant surgery here back in 2017. Dr Prima is amiable and skilful. My case was quite tricky and took a longer time than usual cases, but she was still with me from start to finish. I had no pain, no swelling post-operation. I had a good sleep that night and lived my normal life as usual. It's been 2 years now and the result even exceeds my expectation.

I would like to share my amazing experience with my FUE hair transplant that was performed at HairSmith clinic by Dr. Prima. I can honestly tell you that I had a great experience at Hairsmith clinic. Actually, I had an amazing experience. I've had a hair transplant done before in the United States but the results were very poor. I had the Artas robotic hair transplant procedure done and I can truthfully say that nothing beats a transplant that's done with the human hand by a trained physician. Dr. Prima is a highly skilled hair transplant surgeon. I had my procedure done in October 2017 and I was skeptical at first, even after the initial consultation. Well that all changed during the procedure and my experience went up to a 10. The Doc knew what she was doing and the end results showed just that. I highly recommend Dr. Prima for a hair transplant. She and her staff are very nice people. Their professionalism and experience in the field of hair transplantation, as well as their friendliness in my hair transplant procedure, truly made it an amazing experience. Reiterating, I'm almost speechless at how well my experience was. To think I paid a fraction of what I paid in the United States. I got more hair and exactly what I wanted. There was no pain aside from the initial anesthetic needles for a few seconds. Thank you so much for this amazing experience and I will see you guys next year for my SMP. You don't need an SMP but I want the procedure done to cover the small FUE scars due to how short I wear my hair. Oh, by the way, the clinic was nice and clean hygienically comparable to U.S. standards. Again, thanks, Hairsmith clinic, I will recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances.
