I contacted Ms. Serap and she was my right arm during this time. I came to Istanbul to have a hair transplant with my family. From the first moment I came to the hotel, Ms. Serap never left us alone. I felt at home. My hair was transplanted with 4000 grafts of real Sapphire FUE. The operation was painless and easy. Today is my 10th day after the procedure so I'm looking forward to the result!

I was very unsure about considering transplant. After a lot of thinking, I made an enquiry using Whatclinic. I saw so many options that I was a little overwhelmed to begin with. However, Since the moment Tetik made contact with me, they stood out. Tugce was constant, consistent and prompt with all communication, answering my questions and even calling me on the first day I made the enquiry. And from then on, Tugce and Tetik were constant and consistent in answering my questions deeply and promptly which I liked. I decided to go with them over other well-known clinics due to additional treatments that they told me about which could benefit me. When I arrived for my operation, again, Tetik were constantly in communication with me, they solved any issue I had (even a minor matter at the hotel when I first arrived) and reassured me at all times. My experience at the clinic was excellent 👌 Meeting Tugce for the first time was pleasant, and indeed the rest of the team at Tetik, from the clinicians to the Doctor that oversaw my op were all brilliant with me. They were all very friendly, and reassuring and explained each step and things to me. I felt very good and assured in their presence. Even after the operation, Tugce and the team have continued to be so helpful with me, staying in constant contact and answering all my questions fully. For many years I had been considering having a hair transplant done but kept putting it off. One day on Facebook I came across Tetik Health based in Istanbul, the reviews seemed very good, so I contacted them. I had Tugce get back to me, she is absolutely amazing, she went through everything with me, little things that put me off having the treatment, and my worries, Tugce answered all my questions and boosted my confidence. After many years of thinking whether I should have the treatment I finally booked it. There was a small deposit to pay and Tugce arranged everything for me. All I had to do was book my flight. The day I arrived at Istanbul airport, a driver was arranged to collect me and take me to the hotel, then to the clinic the following day, all this included in the price. When I got to the clinic I was greeted by the staff who made me feel very welcome, absolutely amazing people. The clinic was very clean and tidy. The treatment was all completed that day, the following day I had to go back to get it washed. Their driver also took me to Istanbul airport the day I was returning back home. The service was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it in any way.I would definitely consider having further treatment with Tetik Health in the future.
