I had my initial consultation with Selim in June 2022 and I was so impressed from the start. The consultation was done virtually at the time but Selim did it so professionally and with attention to detail, outlining what would be best for my needs. This was followed up shortly after with an in person consultation with Dr Mesut who was equally as amazing, he really understood my needs and wanted to make sure I was happy every step of the way. I was so impressed that I booked in my surgery for early July 2022.The day of the surgery was excellent, every member of staff was so friendly and caring that my nerves quickly went away. I felt so looked after by literally everyone I met. 5* service!The surgery itself was actually quite relaxing and pain free (I was so surprised!). I can't thank Dr Mesut, Specialist Canan and all the team who looked after me enough. The attention to detail and perfectionism was outstanding. Being able to watch Netflix during the surgery and being supplied with snacks/drinks was a lovely bonus too!Following some additional follow ups every few months as standard, 6 months later my results are incredible and natural looking. I'm genuinely in awe of what has been achieved and everyone who knows or finds out I've had a hair transplant have said exactly the same.Before my surgery, I struggled with confidence due to my receding hairline but the confidence I've gained back from visiting PL has changed my life. I recently had a Hair Transplant from Pure Line Clinic and all I can say is that I was really impressed with the team. I visited their clinic a couple of months before the operation to see what they could do about my receding hairline . Selim and Mrs.Canan both told me all of my options and were very easy to talk to (no pressure, no aggressiveness). After the meeting, I decided to book an appointment for the procedure.Before the procedure, they prescribed me a few different medications to help make sure my recovery went quickly. On the day of the procedure, I felt extremely relaxed and took care of all team, we had a lot of fun talking. The procedure was around 10 hours total and I was given 4,700 grafts (FUE method). There was a little swelling around my face afterwards but that is normal and it went away pretty fast. I went in the day after to take the bandage off and was extremely impressed with the amazing job they did.If you are looking hair transplant in Turkey, this is the place you want to go. I have seen quite a few before and afters from other clinics and can assure you Pure Line's is as good as it gets. I was on the fence about getting this procedure done and planning on shaving my head for the rest of my life, but after getting this done I can honestly say this was one of the best life-changing decisions I've ever made.

From the first minute you walked in, you knew that all the staff were professionals. I was quite hesitant about the procedure but I was reassured all the way through.Even though the day was long, the staff and Dr Mesut and Selim kept me entertained with cheerful banter and jokes even into the last few hours of the procedure (over 9 hours).I am extremely happy with the experience and will only go to Pure Line Clinic if I ever need another procedure, after only a week of the procedure I am already seeing healing and my newly designed hairline - the confidence and excitement it brings me cannot be understated.If you are looking to have your hairline restored, there can only be one place to go, and that's Pure Line Clinic!

Pure Line Clinic combines art and science when reconstructing hairlines. That's why I chose them for my hair transplant. They spend a lot of time on the design and ensuring that the transplant looks natural. 10 months ago I had 4200 grafts, the Sapphire FUE method at Istanbul, and now I'm very happy with the results. I went to a lot of places before I decided that their experience and techniques would give me the best possible results. And their prices are good!!!

I am having an amazing experience since the first contact with the Selim. Selim messaged me via WhatsApp to give me all information about the process, as well as accommodation and transfer. He was amazing and very helpful. The clinic is fantastic and the member of staff completely prepared to help you anytime. They work 24/7 and have translators. For my surprise, Pelin contacted me after the surgery via Whats App to provide all support post-op, where I can send pictures, videos and ask anything. She is been amazing and I feel very comfortable with her support, which is really important. It is a 5-star clinic and I am glad that I choose Pure line clinic.

Selim has been amazing during the whole consultancy process and made me feel much less worried about the procedure. His communication skills and quick replies have been really good. My experience with Pure Line Istanbul was highly positive. Prior to my visit, I was concededly nervous - not least because of my fear of injections. However, from the moment I arrived at the airport and was met by the incredibly friendly interpreter, Selim, I was put to ease. My customer advisor, Melanie, was ever so informative, so I knew exactly what was happening the whole time and had someone I could go to at any point I had queries.The hotel we stayed in was gorgeous - with a large shopping mall right next door and amazing restaurants in the vicinity. This was ideal because post-transplant walking is to be limited.The procedure itself was carried out very professionally. The local anaesthetic, the part I was previously afraid about, actually was quick and painless minus a slight scratch sensation. Halfway through the procedure, they provided the nicest lunch, too.My recovery (I am 5 days in) is going well so far and I am so excited to see the results. I am elated I went through with the process and would like to thank everyone for treating me like royalty the entire time and making what was originally a worrying experience for me, actually very pleasant."

The clinic is arguably the most organized and professional I have ever worked with. You feel valued and secure the entire time, and you are certain that you are in capable hands. First off, you can WhatsApp them with any queries before to the procedure, and they will respond as honestly as they can. No money was required to reserve the procedure; simply provide proof of flights. Once I got to Turkey, everything was simple because they had thought of everything. The hotel was fantastic, transports were always prompt, and there was never a wait. The facilities were immaculate, and it was obvious that the transplant surgery had been carried out thousands of times. Everyone knows what their responsibility is and plays it flawlessly. Melanie (my health assistant) was very helpful from start to finish and made my decision easier.
