Hair Transplant

As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start.From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual.This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure.On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started.Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

Hair Transplant

Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times.After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. FUE - Follicular Unit Extraction

Today is day 13 after my FUE hair transplant and the experience with the Surgery group has been exemplary. Results:From day 9 it was near impossible to notice I have had anything done and I was going about my day to day activities. Dr Ahmed and his technicians did a very neat job both around the donor area and the transplanted area. So far the results look incredible and I can’t believe how quick I’ve healed and really how simple it’s been. Service: I have been searching for a clinic and surgeon for 3 years, after a lot of research, I decided to go with the Surgery Group. I loved how Jake and Matthew weren’t pushy and had 99% of answers within an hour of me asking. The experience on the day was as pleasant as can be, the facilities were good and Dr Ahmed really looked after me, he was caring, attentive and genuinely wanted to do the best job he could. The technicians were lovely too, they kept me comfortable and kept asking me how I was feeling. The only thing I would point out is- I was quoted and invoiced for 1,500 grafts but on the day I only needed 1,250 grafts, there is no price difference for having 250 less graftsAftercare:I left the clinic with everything I needed, medication, saline solutions and a list of what I can and can’t do. Jake checked in with me every morning and kept in touch until I had recovered. Frankly speaking, there isn’t much more I could have asked for, it was a near-perfect experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the surgery group and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Hair Transplant

It's been emotional !!By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic.Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease.I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

Surgery Group was the right choice because they repeatedly went the extra mile to help, listen to my concerns and guide me through the whole process such that my whole time through the experience was stress-free. Extremely helpful in sorting out all the logistics of getting to and from the clinic, arranging a very professional, yet also very friendly clinic group to carry out the procedure itself and also, the aftercare was excellent and I never had to wait long at all for a reply and reassurances to any worries I might have had. Can't recommend them enough.

These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication!In general, the company are too top in every way possible.Value is the best as they still support now five years on!I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.
