From the moment I met Dr. Sahu I felt at ease, I was welcomed into a very professional and smart clinic in a nice location and felt like I was already in good hands. All the time leading up to my appointment I was kept fully informed by Dr. Sahu and had quick responses to all of my questions. It was the same when I arrived, with the procedure discussed, questions answered and advice given. Shortly after I was introduced to the technician Marius who was very friendly and professional. The beard transplant went ahead as planned and it turned out that more grafts were needed than predicted, which meant the procedure lasting several hours longer than anticipated, but the attention to detail shown and meticulous approach was admirable and made me feel that I was getting great, personal service rather than being hurried or rushed. I was provided a bag of various post-op care items and told how to use these.
