We take our job serious. We operate in a boutique comprehension, therefore we do only one hair transplant operation per day to focus on the work we do, neatly.

Hair Transplant

One thing to remember is, its not about the transfers, the hotel, the sight seeing. Its about the results that you receive from your hair transplant. I had a good dialogue with Kaan, and decided to go ahead with Get Hair instead of another clinic in Istanbul. Yes the transfers were on time, the hotel was not great but its somewhere safe to stay whilst your in a foreign country. Its about the results, now I was told the surgeon/doctor stays with you throughout the surgery, which unfortunately was not the case, Dr Barfu left half way through and I was left with the technicians. Well it is now 13 months on since the op, they missed the crown area, and by NO means do I have a full re growth, as was told in my consultation report. I was even told by Dr Barfu that my op was "Straight Forward". Since my return to the UK I have kept in touch with Kaan sending pictures every month and he agrees that my hair has not re-grown as expected and has told me to take tablets!! I have just had a Hair Transplant I should not be taking medication! Basically the guarantee covers Get Hair and not the patient, so I have been told that is it, and I will have to pay again for another operation. Which I am clearly not with Get Hair. I have 2 friends who are proceeding with HT and will not be recommending them to Get Hair. Such a shame but Get Hair do not want to work with me to get my hair sorted. So that is it.

Hair Transplant

Meeting the surgeon before the operation, I had the opportunity to talk about my hopes and expectations and she was excellent. Surgeon really listened to me and was keen to make sure she did all she could to get the outcome I wanted. She was very pleased with my donor area which boosted my confidence before going into the operation. The hospital was immaculate. Throughout the operation I was made comfortable at all times even having breaks so I could have some cola! Dr Berfu was talking to me throughout the procedure and I felt I was informed at every stage. The two specialists were very professional and caring and even though there was a language barrier between us they always made sure I was comfortable. After extracting hairs from the donor area Dr Berfu showed me some of them because she was very pleased with my roots and felt this could lead to a good result.In the end, 3600 grafts were extracted, 100 more than expected and a density of 50 per cm2 was achieved which is excellent. I think usually in FUE a density of 20 to 40 per cm2 is achieved.It is now six days later and the scabs are beginning to fall out and I feel a lot more comfortable and less sore. I am very excited about what the end result will look like. It will then be a matter of patience.I am very grateful to you for being so understanding and answering my questions over a period of some months before I finally booked the operation. I'm also delighted with how I was taken care of at your hospital.

Travelling abroad for a medical procedure can be a difficult step to take not knowing what to expect. After extensive research, I found GetHair in the wonderful city of Istanbul to be the ideal place for my hair transplant. The professionalism and service of GetHair is top class, they were very helpful and diligent towards my needs and requirements. The credibility of my Doctor is extensive and extremely assuring. GetHair offered me a fantastic service and great value for money. My airport transfers were from a GetHair team member who stayed in touch throughout my stay and made my stay easy and comfortable. Hair Transplant

Staff were friendly and helpful. Transfers were no hassle. Romina and Dr Berfu were both spot on. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant as it was good experience all round and for the price definitely well worth it!
