I am very pleased with the treatment that I'm receiving for my male pattern baldness condition; the sessions are relaxing, and there is a definite improvement. The staff are great, and the location is easy to reach by public transport. I am happy to recommend.

Following a private consultation with Richard, he diagnosed my scalp condition that was causing significant hair loss and gave me a thorough explanation of the various treatments that the clinic could offer to clear my scalp. At the end of a second course, I am delighted to say that my scalp has been cleared and now electrical stimulation and continued specialised massage is resulting in new hair growth. The clinic has dedicated staff who have worked alongside Richard for some years. It has a welcoming, calm and relaxing atmosphere and uses its own natural products. Please do not delay treatment if you have any concerns of your own.

My hair was on clothes, chair, floor; just gently pulling would leave several in my hand. Primarily due to stress but possibly also Chemo a few year’s backs. After first few weekly treatments hair loss lessened; by 8-10 hair loss stopped. An eczema patch improved greatly. By 12-14 now fortnightly treatments regrowth was noticeable - a friend complimented me the other day. The salon is friendly and Richard puts one at ease. The combination of treatments works brilliantly.

I’ve been to a number of other well-known hair loss clinics in London over the years, (including Belgravia) and they’ve not been able to give me an actual diagnosis or get to the root of my hair loss challenges. The Spencer clinic did. Spencer and Samantha are brilliant! I’ve got an Afro-Caribbean hair type and their advice and treatments have allowed my hair to be restored to its former glory. Quite honestly it’s better than before! Samantha’s such an expert in Afro hair.The salon is spacious and bright. You’re taken care of promptly and with such consideration. Lettie is so helpful too. I’ll definitely keep coming back. I’ve even joked that they’ve got me for life!

When I came to Richard Spencer for the first visit I immediately understood that I have an experienced, knowledgeable and positive trichologist in front of me who cares about his patients. I decided to start the treatment under his care and I do not regret it. He and his team are so professional, make you feel safe, confident and put you at your ease. I have been a patient of the Spencer Clinic since the mid 1980s, when I went because of a very scaly scalp. Over the last 15 years or so, regular treatment from Richard and his team helps me cope with a permanent condition. I also enjoy sitting under the steamer while some magic cream does its stuff and the massage is utter bliss. I use the Spencer clinic shampoo, lotion and the cream at home, so my scalp is in a better condition now because of the treatment.

I have invested in buying a laser helmet to use.I don't feel the service I received from the Spencer Clinic is the same after the second lockdown. With hairdressers now in the clinic working, the quality of service is of a lower standard and the idea of so many persons in and using the salon doesn't appeal to me.I have now invested in a hair growth laser helmet, been using now for 3 weeks daily together with weekly, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizing of my hair.I shall continue to do this process for the next 9 months and await the results. In the meantime, I shall not be returning to the Spencer Clinic.
