Having been diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia, which is progressive, my confidence in my appearance, especially going out on a windy day was at an all-time low. This was the third clinic I had been to and although I couldn’t complain about the others, Emma knew exactly how to cover my problem area by converting a full hairpiece into a topper. She skilfully cut out unneeded areas, then spent ages trimming and thinning until it was perfect. It looked and felt amazing and I cannot thank them enough. I went with a synthetic piece for the first time, which looks very realistic, but may opt for real hair in the future.
