Follow up review - Complete hair regrowth!This is a follow up review after having 2 hair transplants with Surgery group. The dates of each treatment were June 2021 for the front of my head and February 2022 for my crown. I cannot post pics on this service so see my google review for pictures before and after posted 24/10/2022. This company completely gave me my confidence back and genuinely doing my research they have the best prices on the market. The teams who did the surgery on both occasions were informative, professional and caring and filled me as a patient with confidence. Before and after treatments Matt and Jake guided me through everything every step of the way and helped me with questions at all hours and however big or small. I now take medication and use Minoxidil consistently since the treatment but the results speak for themselves. Constant hair growth and a full head of hair! I have had numerous compliments from my network on the results and people in disbelief of the results from before and after! As someone who was on the fence about doing this and really isn't a risk taker I cannot recommend enough going through surgery group if you're planning for a hair transplant and however corny I cannot stress enough how much it's changed my life!

These guys did a really lovely job with my operation, the surgeon and technicians were so calm and reassuring as well as helpful and supportive! Felt like they really took their time and wanted to do their job as accurately and precise as possible, which I really appreciated. I would recommend these guys to anyone who want to feel like they're being looked after and taken care of by professionals. The aftercare provided is also quality. 10/10 clinic

Hair Transplant

I had a procedure 5 years ago with a different clinic. Paid a lot more money for it and the results were pretty poor. Last year I had a large hair transplant with Surgery Group to fill my crown and to thicken up the front. Things are looking great, I am so glad that I found this company. Matthew was very informative and always replied quickly even late at night. On the day of my surgery, the team were absolutely brilliant and my surgeon Dr Moussa spent a lot of time with me to make sure we got the hairline just right. I never felt rushed at any point and although it was a long day (over 8 hours) I actually quite enjoyed the experience. Jake called or messaged me every day through the aftercare and I have no doubt that Surgery Group are the best at what they do. 6 stars

5 star experience with amazing people. It's been a year! Wow what a great experience. From the initial contact with Jake who was a great coordinator who made sure I was prepared for my surgery day and he also answered all the questions I had leading up to the surgery and afterwards. He even answered question whilst on holiday. So big shout out to him. The day of the transplant could not have gone better. When I arrived I was sat down, Dr Ahmed and technician Maz they started designing my hairline. This was an in depth conversation and I was happy to proceed with what was decided. The procedure was then started the surgeon and tech team were all so friendly and calming especially Maz. They all made sure I was comfortable during the entire transplant which was approximately 7 hours. Why I would 100% recommend surgery group is because of their professionalism and customer care. All the barriers I had to achieve my hair transplant were overcome by Jake and rest of the team. They had my wellbeing and me arriving and returning home safely their top priority. I guess the main reason should be the end result for recommending a company and it's been a year since I've had my transplant and the results are amazing. My hairline looks great and Im glad i put my trust in surgery group (Dr Ahmed and Maz) for designing my hairline and carrying out the transplant. Thankyou all so much "

Hair Transplant

I had a hair transplant at the crown of my head with Surgery Group at end of August 2022 .. Six and half months ago. The hair started to regrow from around November onwards and has continued to do so since. I have had my hair lightly cut 3 times, once in January, then in February and last week at the beginning of March. My barber confirms the hair growth at the crown is as strong as it is elsewhere on my head. The crown back in August was completely bald and shiny, which I hated. Now there is proper hair growth there which grows well and needs a regular light trim. My grown up kids check it out and say Result Dad… when they see and feel it. I would like it to get a little thicker still at the back so will see what happens over the next 3 months. Am generally well pleased. Thank you Surgery Group.

I flew in to surgery group from the United States and had the pleasure of discussing the procedure with Matthew, Jake and Dr Ahmad prior to my transplant. The entire time leading up to my transplant all three gentleman checked in on me and gave me endless information for the big day. When I arrived in England they treated me incredibly and I can honestly say my trip was more then a hair transplant, they are truly amazing people. The day of my transplant I was picked up from the hotel and Dr Ahmad did an amazing job with his team and was very knowledgeable on the hairline and everything else. The procedure went very smoothly and I am not 14 days post operation and it looks fantastic! Jake and the team continuously follow up and check up on my and give me a fantastic post op care along with any questions although I am 4000 miles away. I highly recommend them, truly a 10/10 experience.

5 star service I’ve been wanting a hair transplant for many years. But never knew what company to ever go with to get this procedure done. I was recommended by my brother in law to have my procedure with the Surgery group. I initially showed my interest on wanting a transplant. That day I was called by Jake who has been amazing from the very first chat we had. After a chat and many questions asked, I was then having a consultation with the surgeon Dr Ahmad Moussa the same day to then booking in with them a few months later. Recently just had my procedure and from the moment I turned up I was so welcomed into a very clean clinic with the most amazing staff. Dr Ahmad Moussa was incredible, so reassuring and professional. Along side him was him amazing team Phil, Emma and Amanda. They were so professional, efficient and most importantly had a laugh they made me feel so at ease in the procedure. I’m super chuffed with my results so early on and really looking forward to when it’s at its best. After care from Jake has been effortless. Always checking in on me and answering any questions I may have. Just so easy- the whole process. I would 100% recommend Surgery Group for your hair transplant. The complete package from start to finish is just worth every Penny.

If you are already looking at the Surgery Group, then you can feel confident that you are on the right track if wanting a hair procedure. Advice given pre & post procedure was amazing. I never felt pushed into doing the procedure. The team were brilliant, calm and friendly which put me at ease during the procedure. Dr Ahmad was amazing...a magician! I had my hairline & crown treated and the results 4 months on is quite incredible. I would recommend 100% if contemplating a hair treatment.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was looked after to talk through the whole procedure, a little nervous as expected going into the unknown, but trust me I would never look back. It’s been 11 months now, and I have a full head of hair. And there’s still time For more to come through to make it that thicker team are great. I went to the one in Long Eaton, Nottingham and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you to all.
