This research centre is focused on treatment of the retina. The centre is located in Ahmadabad in the State of Gujarat in India. The centre has advanced equipment to perform complicated retinal treatments. Surgery of the retina is performed using the advanced the Alcon Constellaation Vision system that is used for vitreo retinal surgery. The equipment has a built in laser system for surgery of the retina and also has an advanced phacoemulsification system for cataract surgery. Retinitis Pigmentosa is treated and diabetic retinopathy is performed at the centre.
