I had a good experience with them, from the moment I sent my enquiries through your site, personnel from Optimax called me on the weekend and helped to set an appointment for me with the clinic in Seremban. Right after, I received a text message through Whatsapp giving details about my appointment, the name of the specialist treating me, and the clinic's location. Dr. Syafiq was cool, and professional. I felt comfortable that I decided to do the surgery the day after. The post-surgery treatments were great, the staff were always very helpful in answering my queries. I am happy to give them 5 stars!
