I am writing this review after I have been back to the clinic for the 10th time. The doctor here is amazing, very skilled at his craft and very gentle and decent. So hard to find in the cosmetic industry.

The Skin Project in North Sydney is a warm terrace-house clinic where only doctors (no nurses) deliver anti-wrinkle injections, fillers, thread lifts, and laser skin rejuvenation. Dr Tyler actually looks normal and healthy not like many other cosmetic clinics where the staff look like a bunch of freaks (excuse my frankness). Their talent in my opinion, shows in treatments that refresh without leaving you looking “done.” If you want high-end care with a personal touch, this is it. Good prices too ;)

I have been coming to this clinic for over 10 years for all my cosmetic injectables and skin treatments. The Drs are very professional and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great skin care here too ;)

I was sceptical about going to a cosmetic clinic but my besty told me I could really trust these doctors. She was right. Such a good experience.I spoke to a handsome male Dr and he explained everything to me and then said I could go home and think about it with absolutely no pressure to come back and have anything done. I returned and had anti-wrinkle injections and I’m super happy. I go every four months now. Highly recommended :-)

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 10 years. All the doctors here are very experienced and calm and nice and not pushy. All their treatments are subtle and they explain everything to you in detail. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s so hard to find a nice cosmetic place like this.

I had several sessions of laser skin rejuvenation with the doctors at this clinic. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. They combined skin care, IPL and Laser over a few sessions to reduce so much of the pigmentation I had built up over the years with Sun damage. Very happy. Highly recommended.

Best cosmetic clinic in Sydney hands-down. Only doctors in this clinic (no nurses) and they are quite inexpensive. Each one of them has over 15 years of experience and are specialist injecting doctors with things like anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. They are also very trustworthy and don’t push treatments on you and go for very natural results. Love this place :-)

Unlike so many other clinics, this is a doctors-only practice – which gave me immediate peace of mind knowing that every treatment is carried out by highly qualified, experienced professionals who truly understand both artistry and anatomy.I had anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, and the results are beyond anything I could have imagined – subtle, natural, and rejuvenating. Friends keep telling me I look ‘so fresh’ and ‘well-rested,’ but nobody suspects I’ve had anything done… which is exactly what I wanted.What really sets this clinic apart is how genuinely warm and caring the doctors are. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor the treatment specifically to you. The doctors here are fantastic. Two male doctors both very Conservative and they do subtle treatments. I have my anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers here. It’s a beautiful old terrace house with a wonderful warm feel.
