Scar Removal

I found this clinic online and thought they were the right people to visit for my scar removal. I’ve had two sessions so far and I think I’ve got another two to go. It’s still a little early to tell if the treatment will work for me. The clinic is clean, tidy and has a team of professional staff. Before I started treatment, the doctor gave me helpful information about what the process would entail. My doctor was such a good fellow and I was able to talk to him about my scars without feeling self-conscious. The clinic is very good with following up after the sessions. At this stage, I’m not sure what the outcomes of the treatment will be. Scar removal can be lengthy process.

Spider Veins Treatment

Had capillary veins removed from my nose and cheeks.Brilliant. I was quoted twice as much at another clinic with one of the chains. Not only was he able to reduce any pain I felt by utilizing separate methods for different areas (depending on the size of the capillaries) but he worked quickly and efficiently. All with a great attitude and good conversation. I'd give him 5 stars but he said he is suspect on places that get only 5 stars so here's 4.5 stars so you know it's a real person... :-)

Pixel® Laser Resurfacing

I recently had the Resurfacing Laser treatment. I felt comfortable and safe after a long consultation with Karen about what was going to happen, there were 5 steps involved in the treatment which I was guided through with an explanation at the time. While I was nervous at the beginning I was grateful for the care, conversation and reassurance during the treatment and after. I was given an after treatment form and we booked a free review and touch up for 12 weeks following this treatment. It was a wonderful experience and I am 100% happy with the outcome. I recommend this team completely. My initial consultation was with the doctor who then introduced me to Karen to further discuss the treatment. The staff were friendly professional and caring. The conversation was genuine, a family business that made the experience exceptional.

Pigmentation Treatment

I have received laser treatment from Karen and Dr Colin Campey to reduce pigmentation caused by sun damage on my face and also to reduce wrinkles.The results have been astonishing.The communication was excellent. Throughout the procedures I was kept advised of what was being done, and importantly, I was told what to expect after the procedures were complete.The level of discomfort which I experienced was minimal.I would have no hesitation in recommending the treatment at this clinic, which was not only effective, but was also good value for money. I am extremely impressed with the service from About Face. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing at all times.I was certainly very lucky to find this particular clinic. I could not have done better.Thank you team and congratulations on such a professional and friendly operation.

Wart Removal

I visited there for a laser warts removal. Medicare covered some expense and almost painless laser treatment for a few seconds. Dr Campey is a very good doctor, explained all procedure and expectations. Out of pocket Cost $79 (Medicare covers $21). Other clinics I got quote, normally costs $300-400 with no medicare cover, even though this is a medical condition. Hopefully, this Q-switch laser treatment works for my persistent warts.
