Will definitely continue with this clinic. So first I had my blood taken by 9:30 am and I left for some shopping and came back by 14:30pm. The doctor started the treatment after 25 minutes (waiting around this time every time I have an appointment). I think the receptionist needs to be more professional and accurate in providing information through phone as I was told to come for the procedure one day and when I came, I found out it's only for a consultation and the procedure will be with another professional, which wasted my time as a busy person! read more
