We were very surprised to hear that you are disappointed with your treatment. We have been successfully removing minor skin lesions for many years,& have never received feedback like this. Although the success rate after 1 treatment is about 97%,it is possible that 2 or even 3 treatments can be needed,depending on skin's thickness,lesion presentation & any underlying medical issues. You may recall that this is something we discussed at the time of your consultation. This information also contains in the aftercare leaflet which you got at the time of treatment. As with any cosmetic treatment,it's impossible to predict the outcome to 100%. We always explain all procedures in detail,including risks & benefits,and there is never any pressure to proceed with the treatment after consultation. We have recommended a (free) review 8wks post procedure to check progress. As you have not come for your review we're unable to comment on your specific results.
