I always feel special every time I have an appointment and that I have professional care. I tell my clinician what I feel I need and what is bothering me most about my appearance. I am given honest and sensitive feedback and options so when I walk out I feel I have gotten the most out of my money. Later I see the longer-lasting results and am very satisfied with my treatment.

I always look forward to my visits to Skinpossible!! Starting with the genuine warm greeting from Anastasia or Daniel at the front desk and continuing through treatment and aftercare follow up I am seen, heard and understood. Angela is the most talented injector I have ever been to (and I have tried more than a few clinics) so I have stuck with her exclusively for the last couple of years. She knows exactly what treatment to recommend for me to achieve the results I want. I leave looking (and feeling) like a more refreshed and relaxed version of myself rather than looking like I have a face full of injectables. Between detailed notes and an amazing memory, Angela knows which areas are a particular concern for me and makes sure they are addressed at every consultation. Even though I have virtually the same treatment every 3-5 months I always get a follow-up call to make sure I am 100% satisfied with the results. Cannot say enough good things about my experience here and I highly recommend!!

Finally took action to deal with my double chin (the joys of menopause weight gain!!). I had my first of two planned treatments 5 days ago. For the chin it takes two applications in order to get the full coverage of both sides of the chin and not leave me with a more pronounced jowl line. Each treatment was 45 minutes during which I was able to watch a fun Netflix movie and just veg. The actual treatment was not uncomfortable except for the final two minute "massage" aka chin beating. Over the past 5 days my chin has felt bruised but no visible external signs. I am looking forward to seeing how much reduction I will actually obtain as this part is supposed to take a number of weeks before the "reveal". Fingers crossed!

I have had CoolSculpting done. I am thrilled with the results! Amber Eidt is a caring professional technician that did my CoolSculpting. It was a long day but now I can see the improvement on my stomach area. Amber kept me calm and engaged through the whole thing. I knew what to expect and was ready for it.

Well, colour me impressed!! So, several months ago I went for a Coolsculpting consult mainly out of curiosity. The consultant I met, Crystal, was easy to talk to, understanding of my needs and concerns and very thorough in her explanations of everything from the process to cost options. Her follow-up, while I thought it through, was first class. She didn't pressure or harass me in any way, gave me time to think and answered questions even weeks later. I have now had 2 treatments on my abdomen (they were 5 weeks apart) and I am seeing results!! I can see them via scale and measuring tape but best of all I can see them with my eyes too. Tighter skin and shrunken fat!! The love handles are shrinking and the momma pouch around my c-section scar is way less droopy. After the first treatment, the area was swollen and I was in discomfort for a while, kinda went up and down depending on activities vs. rest but nothing unmanageable and it didn't stop me from living a normal life. My second treatment was just last week and recovery has been (fingers crossed) easier this time. Treatment itself is more annoying than painful but the rooms are comfortable and clean plus there are snacks and tv so I was a happy camper. Treatment 1 my technician was Abbie then for the 2nd it was Amber. Both ladies were AMAZING. I was completely comfortable; they are real-life, down-to-earth people who have both done the treatment themselves so knew firsthand what I might need to be most comfortable and how to answer my questions. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with the staff from start to finish, I can't wait for my 4 month follow-up and final photos to see the "end" result.

Medical Aesthetics Specialist ConsultationI booked at Skinpossible the cool sculpting treatment was unsure what to expect and was nervous. The procedure was very easy with minimal discomfort. I watched TV, was offered snacks, extra pillows and a blanket. Post-treatment they called to make sure I was okay. Great customer service! I am was very please with my experience at Skinpossible!

My experience at Skinpossible went above and beyond my expectations! First off, the office is so clean and a great atmosphere. They have shoe covers, fresh masks, and sanitiser as you walk in. They also check your temperature and I really appreciate this level of safety! I have had 3 different procedures done here and know I will be coming back for more. It was my first time ever having a cosmetic procedure done and I first got lip fillers and Anti-Wrinkle Treatment in forehead and brow. I had Peggy do my procedure. She was very knowledgeable and very sweet. I was nervous as it was my first time and she was very nice and answered any questions I had. Peggy called the next day to make sure everything was ok, and it was! Normal swelling that went away and I love the results! Next, I had CoolSculpting by Amber. Amber made me feel at ease and was super nice! I was also nervous about this procedure but Amber was very calming and very knowledgable! Coolsculpting was actually more relaxing than I thought it would be, and I got to watch a full movie lol! Amber called the next day to make sure everything was ok, and it was! The results are still coming through and I love how it is turning out! You can tell how everyone here actually cares about the results you want and don’t make you feel pressured AT ALL. I think Skinpossible has great prices (i see deals all the time through email or on their Instagram) but the quality of service is above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend SkinPossible to everyone!
