Treatment for Wrinkles

I've been going to Skin Vitality for at least 5 years now. I love my girls Michelle and Debra they always take good care of me. Debra is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes her time and the results are always amazing. I always buy my fillers in bulk and my treatment for wrinkles with Healthsmart. I can afford to always look my best. Thanks. I started going to Stoney Creek Clinic for Debra, she is the best injector I've ever come across. She's always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the industry. The clinic is beautiful which makes me feel like I'm really special. It's like getting a little Kardashian lifestyle for that treatment.

Lip Filler

I have had successful results during my previous treatments as Dawn C is very knowledgeable and provided lots of information. I returned on November 23 for my lips..at the end of the appointment I checked my lips and mentioned that the left side was lower and was told it was due to swelling and it will even out. It has not evened out and I made a follow up appointment for December 8. Hope that they can fix this as I am uncomfortable how it looks.Will keep you updated after my follow up. After a very pleasant conversation with a representative she has guaranteed they will fix my lips. I have changed my rating to superb based on the positive experiences and conversation I had today.. looking forward to getting this fixed.

Nasolabial Folds Treatment, Lip Filler

I did have a small issue. I went in for lip and nasolabial fold filler. I read online that skinvitality pushes treatments on their costumers but I did not have this experience. Exactly what I already knew I wanted is what they recommended and that is all. The women who did my assessment was wonderful. So was my injector. Everybody working was incredibly kind. When the treatment was finished I was absolutely in love with the results, but as the 2 weeks went by and the swelling went down, my nasolabial fold filler didn't seem to take. I started to investigate online and came across some horrible reviews about customer service and became a little worried I wouldnt be able to get a touch up to fix the issue. I want to be clear, my experience with customer service was great! I'm not sure what happened with others to where they didn't have a good experience but that was not the case for me at all. When I went back for a follow up appointment the injector did see that the filler didn't really take but began to massage the area I had filled and it improved the look of it drastically. I was told "sometimes you just have to massage the filler into place to fix the problem" after she messaged my nasolabial fold area, I looked in the mirror and it looked significantly better. She took photos and I was happy with how it looked after the follow up appointment. But by the next day, it went back to how it looked before she massaged the area and again I was extremely unhappy. It looked as if I hadn't had any filler at all. When patient care was reviewing my complaint, the pictures they were sent were the ones taken AFTER my injector had massaged the area, and it did not show the issue I was complaining about. Even so, they still offered me a touch up free of charge. I sent my own before and after pictures in an email to show what it ACTUALLY looked like the day after the area was massaged (which wasn't good) to ensure them that I would not have asked for a free touch up if it continued to look as good as it did after the injector massaged the area. I thanked her and ensured her that I would continue using their service after such amazing costumer service despite the pictures they recieved from the injector looking like there actually had been an improvement.

Treatment for Wrinkles

I’m so happy with my first-time visit to this clinic. I got Treatment for Wrinkles and am extremely happy with the results. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. I also had a second appointment with a rejuvenation treatment and it’s the best thing I ever did to my skin. I definitely feel and look my best that’s to SkinVitality medical clinic team. One happy customer. My mom has her first visit coming up in October and I can’t wait for her to look and feel her best too.
