Pigmentation Treatment

Let me just say thank you, thank you so very much. Mark is truly the king expert on melasma. Before I came see Mark, I went to many a clinic for the removal of my melasma they all left me in a worse state, an amount of $9000, out of pocket. I walked around with a big raised melasma mark on my left cheek and on my right cheek a big brown melasma spot. I was frustrated and ashamed to look in the mirror. I became more and more desperate and new there was a treatment that could help me, I needed to find that clinic. I search the web and called around when, I called Mark and after a few correct answers I made an appointment. Mark had a look at me and made a few suggestions, he also spoke to other professionals in the business gathered all information and then decide on a plan. However, taking a personal interest in my case meant a lot to me, he followed up and called me at home to ensure he was on the right track. My visits to the clinic Sarah, Mark and Silvia have been nothing but professional and yet very friendly. I have to say the team works well together. Fatima

Acne Treatment

I went to this clinic for acne treatment. I suffer from really bad breakouts right before my period each month, so the dermatologist advised me to get this treatment done. I don’t think it was good value for money because I’m still getting pimples. The clinic is nice and clean and the staff are also lovely. The doctor warned me that the pimples that are just beneath the surface would all come out and this is exactly what I experienced. If the treatment was effective, my skin should have started clearing up after these breakouts, but that’s not what happened in my case.

Microdermabrasion, Pigmentation Treatment

I have had two types of treatment at the Anti Aging clinic - microdermabrasion and treatment for melasma using the Spectra laser. I have extremely sensitive skin, so I'm always concerned with how my skin will react to treatments. All of the staff was very happy to answer all of my questions, as well as walk me through all steps of the treatment process. They were genuinely concerned with giving me the best possible treatment for my skin type, and not just about providing the service asked for, regardless of consequences. I now have no more melasma on my face!! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who enjoys getting quality service with an attention to individual needs, competitive pricing, and a friendly, welcoming staff who make every attempt to make your experience a comfortable one! I have had an exceptional experience every time I have visited this clinic. The setting is welcoming and cozy, and the staff is professional and very skilled at what they do. I highly recommend this clinic for both the microdermabrasion and the melasma treatment using Spectra. My melasma is gone!!

I've had four melasma treatments where they have meticulously treated every last little spot and it appears to be gone!! They've also all gone above and beyond to offer advice to me on various skin-related issues which has helped a great deal as well! They were honest about what they could and couldn't do and so I trusted that they were really looking to help me find the best solution vs the solution that makes them the most money. They are all extremely friendly and welcoming. They spend as much time as you need answering your questions and concerns. They seem to genuinely care. It's refreshing to receive such great service!

I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the amazing service at the anti-aging clinic. Mark, Silvia and their friendly, knowledgable staff go out of their way to make sure that their clients understand their skin condition, options available, as well as treatment protocol and expectations. They are beyond knowledgable in their field and go out of their way to make sure all clients achieve the best results possible. I always know walking in to the clinic that I will be greeted with a friendly smile and a warm atmosphere. While maintaining a professional environment, Mark and Sylvia go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and to ensure that the customer leaves feeling informed and satisfied with their treatment results. From my own experience with treatment for melasma and other dermatological issues, I can say that I have been very satisfied with both the treatments I have received as well as the products that have been recommended. I had laser toning and spectra peels done maybe 20 sessions and have now added the [Name redacted] treatments which is also referred to as the vampire facial . I am in love with both of these treatments and will continue to do them !!! I have been going to the Anti Aging Clinic for over a year now! I am in love with this place from the people to the treatments! It's a very cozy home feeling atmosphere where they actually work with you and your needs and make sure they do everything to meet them! I love the spectra facials which had made my skin near flawless and now have added the [Name redacted] which is one of the best anti aging treatments I have ever done! If you want a place where you get honestly and excellent service then I definitely recommend the Anti Aging Clinic !!!

Pigmentation Treatment

Amazing results for Melasma! I had originally gone in to the Anti-Aging Clinic with a Groupon for underarm laser and first impression of the staff (especially Silva) was that they were extremely friendly and professional. I was then introduced to Sarah, who was going to do my laser (I had six sessions of underarm laser) and she did a fantastic job – Thank you Sarah!! During my laser sessions (which took about 5 months in total) I kept on seeing some pamphlets about a “Spectra Peel” treatment and how it could help Melasma. I can tell you at first I thought “ya right” another sell on how to get rid of Melasma. What you need to understand is that I have had my Melasma for over 15 years. Have gone to several top dermatologist in Toronto who said that there was no cure for Melasma and all they can do is prescribe a “skin lightening” cream to help but there was no cure for this as I will always have it. I have gone as far as “bleaching my face” at a doctor’s office (very painful, expensive and had to take 1 week off of work) and my Melasma was better by 50% but as soon as I was in the sun (with Sunscreen and a hat) my Melasma came back and even worse. So I asked Silvia if I could speak with someone to find out more about this procedure (I am always hopeful that there would be something that would at least clear some of my Melasma, even by 50% I would be happy). Silva introduced me to Mark, who I can truly say is very knowledgeable about his services and about Melasma. I was so impressed that I spoke with him 2 more times to get a better understanding of the Spectra Peel treatment. So what Mark told me was that Melasma can only be cured if we can get to the root of the Melasma which is under the skin and other product’s that I have used only help with what is on top of the skin. He really made sense so I finally decided to try this procedure. WOW, WOW and WOW, what I can tell you is that not only is it pain free and no down-time required, but by my 3rd session I was able to go to work without cover-up (I have used cover-up for 15 years and have never left my house without it). People at work noticed that my face was clearer and that I looked good. By my 4th session, I can honestly say that 90% of my Melasma is gone!! I don’t know how to thank the super staff at the Anti-Aging Clinic! But thank you so much Mark for making me feel attractive again! If I had to rate this place out of 10, I would give it a 20! Thank you again Sarah, Silva and Mark. Execellent experience! Thanks to all the staff at the Anti-Aging Clinic
