Throughout history the desire to look younger or enhance our appearance has not changed – however the technology and options available to us have.

In 1999 we envisioned a centre where everyone could benefit from advances made in aesthetic and anti-aging technologies. Vaughan Laser and Anti-Aging Medical Clinic was one of the first centres in Ontario dedicated solely to the practice of aesthetic and non-surgical laser therapies.

Throughout the past 24 years, Vaughan Laser & Anti-Aging Medical Clinic has continued to distinguish itself as a leader in the field of medical aesthetics by providing clients with safe and effective professional treatments in a relaxed non-intimidating environment.

After years of experience we know the hardest part of any treatment is making the initial contact. An understanding team of qualified personnel are on-hand to ensure that the first steps towards treatment are simple and comfortable. However, we understand that every treatment is unique.

I had micro-needling done for old, deep acne scars on my cheeks. It was a great experience. I am 8 days post op and my skin already looks different, I,e, the deep acne scars are not as visible any more and not as deep. I have 4 more micro-needling treatments to go as my scars were old and very deep. A total of 5 micro-needling treatments were agreed upon by myself and Lucinda, along with a [Name redacted] at the end. I cannot wait to have them all done!!!The pricing was amazing also at this clinic. the pricing was amazing also, and within my budget. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I chose this clinic because it had overall good ratings when I was looking for an anti-aging clinic. It is close to home, which is great also. My first visit was a free consultation, and Lucinda was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her right from the start. I knew that I would be in good hands from my first consultation visit.

I chose Vaughan Laser and Anti-Aging Medical Clinic because it was closer to my place than the other options. There were also some good reviews I’d read. The skin tag removal was successful and I’m happy with the results. The first thought I had when I entered the clinic, is that they’re really clean. It’s a very hospitable place. I had a good experience here.

Skin Tag Removal

Maria Scornavacca, Clinical Supervisor did my treatments. I did not find a speck of dust on all the huge equipment in Maria's treatment room. She used a new face mask both times, was so professional with sanitation, generous with her time and absolutely precise with getting at my numerous skin tags. Maria is par excellence! Minimum treatment charge is C$50 and you can get approx. 5 skin tags burned for that cost. Pain with burning is the same as freezing used by doctors. However, doctors are not trained in cosmetology, they do not have the precise equipment and lighting and they invariably permanently burn surrounding skin (my own experience). Never get a doctor to do this!The heated pen used at medical clinics such as this one needs the tips frequently replaced from stripping due to heat. So you are not only paying for the Clinician's training costs, their time, sanitation, but maintenance of equipment and clinical surroundings too.A lovely bunch of women at this clinic, bubbly and genuinely friendly. Maria is a reserved personality, extremely professional and generous with her time. Most clinics are way too concerned with their time and money and I am not comfortable with that. Maria Scornavacca, Clinical Supervisor, is par excellence!

Skin Tag Removal

I had skin tags removed. Maria performed the removal process. She is very skilled and conducted a flawless procedure. The procedure used electroheating and not liquid nitrogen. This enables the skin tags to be removed from the root not to return. This is a very professional clinic. I went in for skin tag removal. Maria was the technician who performed the process. You may have a day or so of some discomfort after the procedure but for those who're bothered by unwanted skin tags are definitely recommended to visit Maria!
