I recently discovered CHIC Laser I could not be happier with my experience! I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their services. So far, I have had: 1) Treatment for wrinkes: The doctor really took the time to understand my needs and my expectations (which has not been my experience elsewhere). He respected that I wanted a natural look and only wanted to address frown lines that were making me look tired and angry. He did not try to upsell me and instead recommended holding off on dermal fillers for now. The results have been fantastic, and I just needed some minor adjustments during my follow-up appointment to achieve the more youthful and rested appearance I was aiming for. 2) LASER: I have my entire lower face and neck done, which includes some sensitive areas, and the technician constantly checks in with me during the procedure and asks me to rate my pain on a scale from 1 to 10, aiming for 4, to make sure I get the most out of my treatments without damaging my extremely fair skin. They also use the latest technology that blasts cold onto the area with every pulse, which reduces discomfort. The results in just two sessions have been very impressive. The entire team is incredible. They are polite without being cold, friendly without being overly familiar, and they take the time to use my name. I don't expect all the establishments I deal with to learn all their clients' names, but it only takes a few seconds to check the schedule. Who's next? Marla! Marla-Marla-Marla-Marla-Marla. Hello, Marla! So many places don't bother, but CHIC Laser takes the extra time to do so, which makes a huge difference from the customer's perspective.
