Fraxel®, Thermage®, Dermal Fillers

Fraxel, Thermage, dermal fillers Excellent treatments and results. Since this MediSpa opened in 2008, I've had various dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments performed by Drs. Nikolis and Swift, both excellent plastic surgeons. They explain the realistic results to expect, possible adverse reactions, and why they choose one filler over another for a given area. They generously share their knowledge, answering questions about procedures (surgical and non-surgical). In short, they honestly tell me why something will or won't work for me and will refuse to perform a procedure for which I'm not a good candidate. There's no pressure or hard sell here!I've also had Thermage and Fraxel laser treatments with Victoria, their RN. She gave me very detailed instructions for the post-Fraxel care and a 24/7 phone number to reach her. She also called me daily to ask how I was doing after the Fraxel. She can discuss the pros and cons of the various non-surgical treatments available and tell you when you'd be wasting your money on something that just wouldn't work for you.My experience and results have all been positive. If they weren't, I wouldn't go back. I appreciate the skill and integrity of this medispa's professionals, as well as that of the spa professionals (aestheticians and massage therapists) who complement the medical staff. The prices are on a par with others in the area, so no complaint there. The atmosphere is relaxed, but not lax. Overall, it's a clinic (and a spa) I love to frequent and have no qualms recommending it to others.

Fraxel®

I am currently in the process of completing my first package of three Fraxel treatments. Very happy with the way I was offered the various products and packages in order to undergo my treatment. The doctor serving me has 15+ years of experience and even does the Fraxel treatment on herself. I was able to attain all the information I needed, such as what happens exactly post-treatments. They do not under treat nor over treat your skin. Worth every penny. Best clinic by far. I was not referred by anyone. I did my research, and I must say this clinic is always available to your busy schedule. My doctor worked around me and was so caring with my issues. The staff is absolutely respectful and so joyful to be around. Was treated extremely well, and I'm so happy that I now have them as my go-to clinic if ever I may need something. Totally recommend this clinic to anyone! You will not be disappointed.

Medical Aesthetics Specialist Consultation

A few years ago an estetician did a laser treatment on my face. Her intention was to rejuvinate but in the end it did some damage. I had a strange discoloration over my forehead. It looked like I had very old patchy, abused skin. Met with Sacha Bourdage to do a laser treatment. She actually turned that down and saved me a bunch of money, and decided to prescribe vivier 10 serum plus 50UV sunscreen. The marks were gone within one month. Sacha Bourdage is an example of someone who actually cares about the problem and the client rather than proceeding with expensive, money making procedures. :) From now on I will only be using Victoria park either for advice or treatments.

Pigmentation Treatment I am not pleased with the treatment. The physician was half an hour late, he did not apologize, and made me pay 100$ for a 5 minute consultation. I was very disappointed at how I was treated. Will never go back.

Ultherapy

I am a fifty-five-year-old woman with good skin, but age and gravity was causing some sagging around the neck and cheeks. I was considering a face lift, but on consultation, was told that given the relatively good condition of my skin, it might be premature, and that if I were to have a facelift I might need to repeat the procedure in another twenty years or so. They recommended ultratherapy. I did a lot of research on this procedure and decided to proceed. I was very impressed with Victoria MediSpa. Professional, courteous, not overly pushy (I had a hard sell). Although I was only in Montreal for two weeks visiting family, they managed to fit me in. The therapist, Gaetana, was excellent, and made what is not a fun procedure very palatable. She allowed me to take breaks as needed, and we laughed a lot together. She told me that as part of being trained, she had had the procedure herself, and honestly told me that it was painful. She did not sugar coat, and I appreciate this.
