I have spent tons of money on 8 sessions for my full body treatment. I completed my treatments in March, and it seems that I have only had 50% of hair reduction. I am not pleased with the amount of money I spent. I really thought the nd YAG laser would be more efficient than the other lasers out there. Not only was it really painful but sad to say it was not effective. The clinic itself was super clean and the staff were amazing, always pleasant.

Awful experience with head office staff when advised by clinic nurse to report an adverse reaction to a treatment. I believe they do not care about your well-being.

Cool Sculpting. I wanted to do the middle area to accentuate my waist. The treatment had the opposite effect. I got bigger around the waist and my breasts were enlarged, something I didn't need since I am already well endowed. I have absolutely nothing to show for it but more of what I was trying to get rid of in the first place. I paid over and above what other clinics were asking but it did nothing to address my needs. I feel that I didn't get value for my money.I think it was a special on Groupon. I was beginning to get a bit wary after paying and wanted to cancel but the doctor assured me that I would see results.
