Had a mole removed from my scalp which was showing some change in colour. The procedure was very quick and almost painless. Mr. O'Brien was very down to earth and explained everything. I've had troublesome spider veins for the last few years and i went to see Mr.O'Brien and i was really happy with my consultation and subsequent treatment. I went to Mr. Gavin O'Brien for treatment of varicose and spider veins. Having queried my suitability for the procedure and price on the clinic website, Gavin responded personally. In both his email and in person, he struck me as efficient, professional and approachable, without the condescension that some other consultants might display. I had a lot of very small spider veins and Gavin treated them all, in addition to the main varicose veins for which I sought treatment. The treatment was therefore, very good value for money. I paid the price I'd been quoted and didn’t require any follow-ups, although Gavin made it clear that this option was available. Gavin is good at making small talk and this distracted me from any (very bearable) discomfort during the treatment. Gavin explained everything in advance and throughout the procedure thus putting me at ease. I'd happily recommend Dr. Gavin O'Brien for pre and post patient care.
