I am really happy I chose Sheen clinic for my pigmentation treatments, and my daughter do the removal mole, I didn’t have the right knowledge of what was best to do and the Dr Janet guided me and explained everything very well. I have acne prone skin since I was a teenager, so my skin is oily and this caused a lot of acne scars and big pores. I’m happy that met Dr Doris from Sheen Clinic, she help me customise a series of treatment after observed my skin condition. The first treatment I did is Fractional CO2 Laser. This treatment helped to improved my acne scars, pores and uneven skin tone. They make my scars look less obvious and shrink my pores. The second treatment I did is TCA Cross Peeling Treatment. My skin is rough. This treatment can make my skin renew to another level, helps me get rid of old dead skin cells, and improves the growth of the epidermal cell. This treatment improved my skin texture a lot and improved my sunken acne scars, I can feel my skin smoother a lot. The third treatment I did is Pico Laser. The Pico I did is from Pico Discovery. This treatment improved my skin to another level. My skin texture was uneven, like some part got bump, especially on my forehead, skin beside my nose (because of acne scars)，upper lips part. This treatment made my skin smoother, flatten and my skin tone more even. Even my pores size smaller and the scars lighter. Overall, I feel happy to have all treatment here. Their services are good, professional and heart warming.

I was looking for a dermatologist as I had some skin reaction/redness along with other skin concerns. I found Sheen Clinic from Google Research & What Clinic and read a lot of good reviews so I decided to give this place a try. True enough, I had good experience with the consultants here. They are very professional and polite. From registration to consultation and payment, the process is smooth and organised. They are very punctual too. My consultant is Dr Janet and she's very patient and approachable when handling my queries and concerns. She is not pushy in asking me to sign up for their treatment. In fact, she recommended to do step by step (as I have a lot of skin problem to take care of). After applying the medication and product, I see good improvement for my skin. The price is reasonable too. Consultation is RM50 and medication is RM35 (for skin redness issue). Overall I am satisfied and will recommend this place.

Dr Janet is very professional and experienced ,her caring towards on her patient is really appreciated. She never put her patient into any expensive treatment until it was required. Very calm and her patience in listening to me is made very comfortable with her to discuss about my issue and previous history.
