Chemical Peel

I wanted to go for a chemical peel and one of my friends suggested Wai Clinic. The treatment wasn’t too costly and there were no additional charges. There’s been a marked improvement in my skin since the peel. When I arrived at the clinic, I thought the environment was good and that it’s a suitable place to receive treatment. The highlight of my experience was the friendly doctor, who truly understood my needs. She did a really good, thorough job.

Mole Removal

I had 6 moles removed but only 5 seems to go? anyway, I will have a free followup treatment. The numbing cream work OK, I don't think the laser is too painful. I also bought a sunscreen, but it does not make my pimply skin react so that's good. They gave an antibiotic cream to use afterwards, please use them religiously. It's very calm and nice, there's only one doctor so you have to wait a bit. She is a very nice doctor and can hold up a conversation well.

Dermal Fillers

Dr. Sylvia and her team of wonderful nurses, especially Amy, were very sensitive, trained, experienced, efficient, service-orientated and ultimately provided me fantastic treatments whilst I having all my scars, dermal treatment and filler done there. They patiently explained all questions asked in the most honest, friendly and calm manner. I truly recommend this clinic for any patients who wants the best value, location and most of all understanding your treatment goal 100%.

Skin Tag Removal

I had a skin tag on my cheek that I wanted to remove which I have had since birth. It took a while because of the preparation of the treatment. The whole treatment cost me somewhere around Rm200 ringgit with a free follow-up! Amy is one of the best nurses' assistants I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! So comforting, and reassuring, she and Dr. Wai made the whole procedure such a breeze. Just a reminder, for skin tag removals you will be required to wait a while for the numbing cream and jabs to take effect. Overall, really good job; two weeks down the line and everything is just perfect. Thank you, Dr. Wai and Amy!

Treatment for Female Pattern Hair Loss

I had treatment for female pattern hair loss at Wai Clinic. I choose them because they responded to my enquires and they were not pushy. The clinic itself is a hole in the wall and considering the prices they charge should look more professional. The consultation was a bit dismissive as they could only offer me gels for the treatment - not worth their time i guess. But the treatment has started to work. Its more expensive than commercial treatments like Rogaine but it seems to be working. The good thing was i didn't need to go back for another consultation - i could just buy more gels online and they shipped it to me. Saved me the trip and the consultation costs.

Fractional CO2 Laser Treatment

I just had a co2 laser treatment at this clinic and found it to be a good experience. The staffs were friendly. Dr Sylvia is a good doctor who tells you what you want to know and doesn't push you to do any treatments, she would just tell you the benefits and the end results. She is really easy to talk with so you can ask her anything. I'd really hope that the price can be lower on my next visit though. Thanks, Dr Sylvia and team!
