Medical Aesthetics Specialist Consultation

It was my first time to visit Dr Vanessa Phua.She was accommodating and put you at ease. Dr Phua was very friendly and professional at the same time,explaining the procedure as we got along. I felt comfortable and satisfied with her treatment.I would be glad to visit Dr Phua for further consultations. The staff was very efficient .They were helpful.

Very good experience during consultation

Dermatologist Consultation

I chose this clinic as it wasn't as flashy and extravagant as other clinics in the area, there was easy access to this clinic and it was more lowkey and understated. The staff were very polite and the clinic was highly organized and seemed to be well run. This was despite it looking slightly shabby and not glamorous Dr. Vanessa was non combative during the consultation and explained the procedure to me very well. I have had to delay my treatment but my experience at this clinic for my consultation was very good.

Tattoo Removal

nothing I attended the treatment to inquire about having a tattoo removed. I paid a $107 consultation fee after meeting with Dr. Phua for 4 minutes. She was very nice, but gave me information that I already knew such as it will take a few sessions to have the tattoo removed, etc. I found out that one laser session will cost $800 for my tattoo, which is all black (easiest colour to remove) and is about 1 1/2 inch by 1 inch.I wanted to post this as I find the ad is misleading, given it states that tattoo removal begins at $380. You must have a very small tattoo for that price. I suggest to maybe ask the nurse at the front desk what laser really begins at before venturing in to see the doctor. It was my fault for not doing this. I hope this helps others to not leave feeling you just threw away money.
