I went to the clinic because I had hyperpigmentation on my face and terrible dark marks, I did chemical peel three or four sessions if I'm correct.the experience was horrible my skin became darker and it was irritated, I changed completely it was not a good experience and the face products that the doc recommended did not do justice to my skin. The product was Neo Strata enlightening rangeit was the worst two months of my life worst of all I had to go to work I would hide my face with my hair everyone was asking what was I using, I lost all confidence. But I didn't give up I went back to the clinic they put me on some LED light it still did not help until Dr Clair prescribed an ointment which did wonders within two days of using it my skin became even, it was smooth although it was still very dark but there was a major change I went back she gave me something else to lighten my skin and it helped. However I'm still under treatment the lady gave me another product to try which was Optiphi classic it was good to my skin I'm going back to purchase it.with the experience I had, I don't think I will ever do chemical peel again!The clinic was great, the stuff is very friendly and welcoming.I was more impressed by Dr Clair, what I loved most about her she takes time to explain everything in detail whatever you need to know,she's very professional,knowledgeable and friendly I have recommended most of my friends to the clinic I definitely will be going back. Dr Clair is awesome!!

I have not seen the results as yet because I just did the treatment but I know I will see the result. The doctor gave me her word and I believe her. She is convincing and professional and knows what's right for you. The clinic is neat and the staff are all amazing. I love their caring and assisting nature. The doctor, Dr. Claire is a lovely lady. My expectation was surpassed.

My appointment at the Aesthethic HQ clinic for a dermatologist consultation went very well. So well that I go there almost every other week. The doctors are friendly, their prices are very fair. Its a very good clinic. The clinic is as stated above a very good medical institution. I was very happy with the consultation, service, and treatments offered at the clinic. While I was looking around online, I saw some good reviews for this clinic and decided to have my scar removed here. The removal treatment worked and the scar is completely gone now. What I really appreciated about The Aesthetics HQ, was their transparency. The clinic quoted me the full cost that included everything. There are some other places that have hidden additional costs. I really liked their services.
