CoolSculpting®

MiCool treatment of abdomen, 6 paddles. Dr. was very involved in treatment, he placed the paddles. I have had Zeltiq in the states and this procedure was basically the same. Although I never saw the actual doc in the states, the entire procedure was performed by a tech. So I think this was superior in that way. It will be a few months before I will know how it worked. That is the nature of cryolypolysis. Very clean, professional place with friendly staff. I had wifi and could relax during my treatment. I could communicate with the doctor in English and I have no complaints! Thanks Dr Hong & staff.??

I felt I could see a slight difference following my Micool Treatment

Cryolipolysis

I had the Micool treatment with 4 pads on my abdomen and 2 on my arms. It was a pretty straightforward treatment and I saw it in the video they sent me so I knew what to expect- each cool pad was on approximately 45 minutes and it felt cold and tight at first but then you don't notice it and you can just relax or go on your phone. I didn't measure myself before and after but I felt I could see a slight difference and I heard if you do it again, you'd see even more results. Dr.Hong was the first to respond to my Whatclinic inquiry and his email was very informative with different options, prices, and videos. I went in for a consultation and had my treatment the same time.

Wart Removal

I went for wart removal and it was very quick and painless. The other staff can’t speak English but the Doctor speaks English very fluently to describe all the treatments and such that needs to be done. The entire treatment process takes less than 30 minutes - very efficient. It was a pleasant experience.

Skin Tag Removal

G clinic was very professional. They responded to my email quickly and suggested coming in any time on the day I wanted my skin tag removal done. They were efficient and fast, I did not need to wait. My doctor spoke English and was happy to remove all 8 skin tags and a sunspot with the laser. The anaesthetic was a little painful but over fast. The laser on the sunspot was a little stingy but over very fast. The 2 procedures and diagnosis took less than 45 minutes. I have an antibiotic cream to use while healing. It only cost KRW 130 000 which is very cheap. My doctor in Australia would have charged around KRW 330 000 to remove each skin tag separately so I am extremely happy with the price and professionalism.

Medical Aesthetics Specialist Consultation

My husband and I had a great experience at G Clinic! The doctor spoke perfect English which made it easy to communicate. He answered all the questions I had, big or small. During the procedures, the doctors and nurses made sure I was comfortable! It was very easy to get to, super close to the subway. Milia Removal

I had Milia Removal done at the clinic. There was a lot on my face (maybe around 30). The treatment consisted of the use of a laser to pierce through my skin, followed by manually removing the keratin cysts by squeezing them out. Prior to the actual procedure, the staff applied a numbing cream and left it on for about 20 minutes to let my skin numb up. I'm not 100% sure that my skin responded to the cream though because it was still very painful when they were doing the extraction. The laser part was relatively bearable (felt similar to being pinched lightly), but the extraction was very painful! I have pretty high pain tolerance, but I dug my nails into my hands and whimpered during my procedure. Because I had so many Milia and I'm assuming the staff wanted to shorten procedure time, two of the staff worked simultaneously on my face (which means double pain).The total came out to 330,000KRW, not including the price of the ointment that I got at a discounted price of 5,000KRW at the pharmacy on the 1st floor of the building. The clinic doctors were right to the point in terms of addressing my questions at the initial inquiry. Prior to the procedure, the doctor took a look at my face and did a consult for about 5 minutes. They confirmed the initial price quote and very briefly explained to me what the procedure would look like. However, during the procedure, my eyes were covered and nobody explained what was going on. I could feel the laser puncturing my skin and the hands extracting stuff from my skin, but I was not told what part of the procedure they were doing. I also was not given a heads up about the fact that one of the nurses would be taking part in the extraction (which I was not very comfortable with.Additionally, the 330,000KRW was the price quote for my whole face but when I got home, I noticed that they actually missed a few spots (I had a lot, so I do understand that they may have gotten tired? but it was still a bit disappointing. Perhaps I should reach out and ask for a touch up on the spots they missed the first time.Overall, I think the clinic did a decent job considering the canvas they had to work on, but could use some improvement on keeping the patients informed on the procedures as well as on attention to detail. If I'm spending several hundred dollars, it wasn't a complete job done.

Skin Tag Removal

G Clinic looked like any other normal clinic I’d go to. I got the results I wanted from my skin tag removal. The actual process was a bit painful, but they prepared me for this during the consultation. We took an hour and a half to complete the removal. There’s still a little mark, but it fades as time goes by. I can see an improvement, but my healing process is slow so I’ll have to wait. I think the best part was the level of English the staff used. Communicating was very easy. They clearly understood what I wanted and there was no need for a translator or anything like that. Another thing I really appreciated, was the fact that the doctors weren’t trying to sign me up for extra treatments. They listened to what I wanted. Because of this, I felt comfortable going through with the procedure.

Mole Removal

I chose G Clinic because they were quite transparent about their prices. In fact, the mole removal was way cheaper than I expected. Because they removed more moles than they initially said they would, I got the discounted rate. My doctor was quite fluent in English and I was happy with the clinic. I actually went back there and had the same treatment redone again (I was that satisfied with the results). The treatment and service was better than expected. No follow-ups were necessary. Everything was professional, and the clinic was clean. I’d happily recommend them to others.

I send an email through some online agency and G Clinic replied to my e-mail the very next day. As I am a very busy businesswoman, I could not find time to read all my e-mails but I replied and stated a few procedures and got a price quote. Ending my e-mail, I added my Singapore Whatsapp phone number and surprises me, Dr. Hong from G clinic send me a Whatsapp message after he receives my e-mail with the number given in that mail. He patiently replies all my concern and I took a snapshot of my pics and showed him some procedure I am looking at to improve my concern on the skin. He was very professional and advised that as my skin condition was good, hence what I am looking at getting done may not be suitable for me.I have made an appointment on the day of arrival in Seoul 16th Mar 2018, and I am so looking forward to meeting him in person. He is very patient and friendly. Hope the visit can yield me good results!

Cryolipolysis

I completed the MiCool cryolipolysis for my thighs. Since I did al my research ahead of time it was a Super easy and straight forward process. Bring busy work or take a nap for the short time (45 min) sessions. I should've measured myself beforehand to see if there was a difference. For now, I'll just have to say "yes, there is". Very efficient staff. Adhered to reserved schedule. I chose G Clinic because they were the first clinic to actually reply to my inquires and quick to answer questions I had.
