I enquired initially online. Within 24 hours, I received a phone call. They offered a consultation, which could have been the same day if I could have attended. I opted for the following day. The consultation took five minutes and I was booked in for treatment two days later. Treatment has now taken place, which took no more than ten minutes and for less than I expected. I would recommend to others. I'm yet to see if the treatment has worked and was told I may require a second treatment, which I do not mind at all as even with the two, I would have expected to pay more for one.
