After two failed attempts at highly recommended beauty salons and nearly £600 spent, I am delighted that Wells Clinic have finally removed my facial spider veins and in only two visits. I would highly recommend Wells Clinic not only because of my successful treatment but also the staff who are incredibly understanding and empathetic.

I had a mole removed, it was just above my top lip. I went along to the appointment, the practitioner explained it all, i then laid on the bed and he injected it with anesthetic, it felt like i was being tortured, it did sting like hell. After tho , the area was numb, he used a laser to burn it away. I didnt feel a thing, the smell was horrific tho as to be expected, he then put a plaster over the top. All in all, i was in and out in 5 mins. I am very pleased with the result, 3 days on, the wound has scabbed over and is healing. I have an appointment in a weeks time to check it. I dont know why i didnt do it sooner. It cost me £155. Worth it in my opinion as its my face! The staff were friendly and it is a very informal environment which made my nerves less . It was not how most people envision a clinic but i was going for the treatment, not for the decor! I am.pleased with the service i received.

I have been using this clinic for a number of years and have found their prices to be very reasonable and the staff friendly and very helpful and are always on hand to give advice over telephone if needed. The Injectable procedures are administered by a Doctor specialising in cosmetic surgery so you will be in very capable hands, not only this, the doctor has a good eye and feel for aesthetics which is important if you are looking to enhance your looks as well as taking a few years off you.I have recommended many of my friends and all are very pleased, many of them are working professional models.

Yes the price was as quoted and I was seen nice and quickly. The staff were friendly with relaxing music during treatment. I had thread vein treatment on my face which was quick and pretty much painless - have a check up next week. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

AWFUL!! First impressions and contact were great. Receptionist is lovely. The clinician left me waiting for 20minutes after my appt time as he had gone to he bank. I had arrived 5 minutes early. He told me he didn't think I was coming as someone was supposed to ask me to come earlier (which they had not).When he did arrive (with his dog) he ushered me inside and rabbited at me about having cash on site. He then peered at my mole for 3 seconds before highlighting another mole on my face that he would like to take off. I said that I wasn't bothered about it and he highlighted it another two times before accepting it and moving on. He did not wash his hands (after being at the bank handling money and his dog) but did put gloves on. The treatment itself was done skillfuly, but he then stuck a massive plaster on my face that not only looked ridiculous but didn't stay on properly. He called down for some spot plasters after me saying specifically that I would not leave without one. When he received said, he asked me to sit back down, smeared me with iodine and slapped another plaster on. This lasted about 5mins after I left as was put onto a wet surface. He also told me that he'd give me some cream to protect it as it healed. This ordeal cost me the princely sum of £125 but when I went to pay, I discovered that they wanted to charge me £25 for the bloody cream! At no time was this mentioned. I was asked by the very nice receptionist when I'd like to be booked in for my follow up but I do not wish to return to this clinic...ever!!He not once explained the procedure to me. Fortunately I had done extensive research. Yes, I should have walked out, my fault, but I felt hurried and flustered and ram roaded and wish whole heartedly that I had not allowed him to touch me

I am still in the two period for healing after my patch test. But a number of the small veins disappeared immediately after treatment. The clinic were very friendly and everything was explained clearly. I was given aftercare information and clear price list. Thank you.

I had an unsightly mole on my neck and visited wells clinic for a consultation. They were really professional and friendly and put me at ease. I was told I could have it removed there and then and it was really quick with the laser treatment. I would definitely go back if I needed any other treatments.
