I had Polynucleotides and NCTF at Dr Raquel's clinic in Kings Hill. I had the treatments done under my eyes as I had heavy dark circles/bags. Dr Raquel made me very comfortable and safe from the very first meeting. She is incredibly professional and made sure I had all the information I needed before going ahead with the treatment. I am over the moon with the results, my under eyes have lightened dramatically and I’m incredibly happy. I highly would recommend Dr Raquel and would definitely go back to her for other treatments!Thank you! :)

I visited Dr Raquel for a facial consultation to understand how to best reduce ageing. I’m male and 52yrs of age with minimal facial dermatitis. Dr Raquel was incredibly inviting, warm, professional and knowledgeable. Aside from the Neauvia filler treatment she prescribed, she kindly provided me with the names and websites of products I could use to best keep my dermatitis under control. She also advised me that the products I have been using make dermatitis worse in the long term, so I was very pleased to learn this. Re the treatment, Dr Raquel prescribed high cheek and lower temple filler. This was pain-free with minor swelling. She was gentle and talked me through the procedure before and during. The swelling disappeared by day two and looks amazing. Really raised my confidence and I look forward to returning for further treatments she recommended. Re the clinic, it is modern, sleek and clean. Plenty of parking and Costa Coffee nearby too. I highly recommend Dr Raquel… Now that I’ve had a consultation and treatment by her, I wouldn’t feel confident going to anyone else.

Having had fillers and Treatment for Wrinkles overseas, I knew it was important to find a properly qualified professional. The lack of regulation in the UK is scary. Dr Raquel was a perfect choice. Not only is she highly qualified and hugely experienced, but she also has a real passion for her subject. And she listens carefully. I just wanted to soften the worst signs of ageing and I am delighted with the results. An added bonus was that the treatment was much less uncomfortable and there was much less swelling afterwards. On a practical note, the clinic is easy to find and there’s plenty of parking.

Dr Raquel is amazing! She explained in detail the procedure for my fillers and the possible risks involved, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was fully aware that it would take more than one session. After the first session, she was available 24/7 for any questions or problems I may have had. Messaging me asking how I was. After the second I did have a little bruising sent pictures and Raquel reassured me all was well. Raquel is an expert in her field, her knowledge is astounding! I learnt so much about how your face and skin change with age. We had a third session for a little ‘tweaking’, she is after all a perfectionist!Before I saw Raquel I was feeling low and had lost a lot of confidence, I felt I looked my age. Constant reassurance from Raquel you know you’re in very safe and professional hands. Now I love what she’s done, all totally natural-looking, I now look ‘healthy’ and have a constant smile on my face!!I cannot recommend Dr Raquel enough, she is a beautiful lady who totally understands what you are wanting to achieve. I had a consultation with Raquel to chat about problems I had been having with my skin. She made me feel totally at ease and was able to recommend some Alumier skincare for me to try. My skin has improved so much over the last three weeks. The results have been amazing even in that short time! Raquel is very professional and knowledgeable about skincare and aesthetic treatments, I will be returning to her clinic for more treatments in the future.

I have had Treatment for Wrinkles and Profhilo, this was my first time so I was a bit nervous but Dr Raquel talked me through all the options available. There was a full consultation and skin analysis which helped me make an informed decision. Dr Raquel put me at ease and helped me feel relaxed throughout the procedure. I was thinking about tear trough fillers for a long time, I was fed up with looking ‘tired’ all the time, but didn’t feel confident with various clinics I’d visited. Eventually, I booked an initial consultation with Dr Raquel and I’m so thankful I did. I found her to be extremely friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns & advised me on the best treatment, a combination of tear tough & cheek fillers. I was a little worried I didn’t want to look ‘plastic or done’ but she was extremely professional and put me at ease that she could achieve my desired look. The procedure was painful free and I was at the school gates 3 hours later. I had no bruising & little swelling. 3 weeks post-procedure I’ve had several compliments from friends saying I’m ’looking good’ & even ‘younger. I’m so relieved I have found Dr Raquel. I had my treatment done with Dr Raquel today and from the consultation, to the treatment results and the aftercare provided - Amazing and I could not fault a thing! Raquel listened to my concerns during the consultation and advised me on the treatments that would be most beneficial for me. I was very apprehensive to have my chin treated with filler however the treatment itself was painless and I was completely comfortable and put at ease throughout my whole visit. Raquel is so professional, I really look forward to visiting the clinic again soon and having more treatments in the future!

Dr Raquel was recommended via a friend of a friend. I had though about improving the look of my under eye area for a while, but there is so much information online that you just don't know who to go to and who to trust. When I heard about Dr. Raquel the thing I was drawn to the most is that she is a prescribing qualified doctor with exceptional knowledge and experience of the facial anatomy. She takes pride in her natural looking results from the treatments she provides. My initial consultation was comfortable and informative, she was very professional whilst being very easy to talk to. Dr Raquel answered almost every question I had in her initial presentation! She knows exactly what you want to know and takes time in getting to know your skincare routine and what results you are looking for. She gave an honest and open opinion of what she would recommend for me with absolutely no pressure to book anything. She addressed my concerns and made me feel at ease.I decided to go ahead with her recommendations. I was so nervous and excited at the same time as it's my first ever treatment (cheek filler and tear trough). My main concern was reactions and side effects. Raquel went through all eventualities and I felt safe, but it was painless (although strange) and I had absolutely no side effects.After a couple of days of settling, the result was subtle and natural. Although friends and family did not know exactly what I've had done at first, I received a number of comments about high much brighter and smoother I looked. After explaining what I've had done they would have never known as it was so natural looking. I'm 100% so happy with my treatments and feel so good. I would have no doubt in recommending Dr Raquel to anyone and I am even considering perhaps some other elements of facial contouring because of how pleased I am with the results.Thank you Dr Raquel, for a lovely lady with real skill and passion for what she does!
