I visited Dr Raquel for a facial consultation to understand how to best reduce ageing. I’m male and 52yrs of age with minimal facial dermatitis. Dr Raquel was incredibly inviting, warm, professional and knowledgeable. Aside from the Neauvia filler treatment she prescribed, she kindly provided me with the names and websites of products I could use to best keep my dermatitis under control. She also advised me that the products I have been using make dermatitis worse in the long term, so I was very pleased to learn this. Re the treatment, Dr Raquel prescribed high cheek and lower temple filler. This was pain-free with minor swelling. She was gentle and talked me through the procedure before and during. The swelling disappeared by day two and looks amazing. Really raised my confidence and I look forward to returning for further treatments she recommended. Re the clinic, it is modern, sleek and clean. Plenty of parking and Costa Coffee nearby too. I highly recommend Dr Raquel… Now that I’ve had a consultation and treatment by her, I wouldn’t feel confident going to anyone else.

I had a consultation for fillers and was advised to have treatment for wrinkles. I had treatment for wrinkles in 2 areas. The clinic is opulent and the reception staff are lovely. The doctor was a nice lady but the appointment felt rushed. Almost treatment for wrinkles was an easier solution as opposed to fillers.

I am so pleased with my visit from start to finish the receptionist were friendly the nurse Jayne was professional and informative and built a rapport very quickly. I had a spot, or milia, as Jayne called it, removed. I am so pleased with the result, as the pesky thing had been really troubling me. Jayne also noted one on my eyelid and dealt with that too. Thank you for a brilliant service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough. Thank you.

After two failed attempts at highly recommended beauty salons and nearly £600 spent, I am delighted that Wells Clinic have finally removed my facial spider veins and in only two visits. ( Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers) Great Doctor and staff really really good service. didn't feel rushed at all in fact the complete opposite , felt very assured and comfortable with an incredibly charismatic and handsome Doctor ( Dr Ahmed) still waiting on results to kick in but feeling very confident follow up visit in two weeks. Great staff and great Dr , very considerate , non rushed, I felt that he was extremely competent and he explained his qualifications and experience , very happy and have booked more treatments .immaculate , clean clinic, modern ,bright and airy .

First-time visit to this gorgeous clinic for me after previously travelling to London for my treatments. I was made to feel very welcome and had everything explained to me.I had lips, cheeks and jaw done and I am over the moon with my results.This is most definitely a hidden gem in Maidstone and I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have aesthetic treatment.It’s spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, has amazing staff & fantastic aftercare. Everything you could ever want! I’m very impressed with the fat reduction injections I had at this clinic. They gave me a few under my chin and the results are exactly what I expected. There was a bit of a pain, but the lady applied enough numbing cream that I had a pleasant experience. After each injection, she asked me if I was alright. I felt reassured and comfortable throughout. Everything took under half an hour - real quick, no fuss. The staff were so welcoming - I just knew I’d made the right decision when I arrived there. It was my first time having work like this done, but what a fantastic experience. There was some post-treatment soreness, and I couldn’t apply any make-up in that particular spot for 12 hours after the procedure. Other than this, it was business as usual. My therapist was the best part. She’s so great and forthcoming. She’s very thorough and has kept in touch with me. Her follow-up advice is helpful.
