I got a groupon voucher as a gift this summer. It was impossible to get hold of the clinic to make an appointment! I called several times, different days no answer. A rude man answered once and told me it was a 6 weeks waiting list if I had the groupon voucher??? I had to call back as had to check my calendar again and no one answered phone. Left message on answer machine and online. No reply! My friend who lives locally had to pop by in the end to check if they were still open. Rubbish. We finally got an appointment yesterday (October!!!). The place doesn't look great. Looks like they just painted walls after whoever had an office there moved out. Still has a cold office feel. We got a lovely back massage and facial and express mani and pedi. My french mani wasn't the best, but what to expect when they do it while customer is lying on massage bed??? I was actually cold lying on the massage table. The towel covering me was small.. And room not the warmest. The table was heated though, which was lovely. The girls were good as well. It really was the atmosphere at the clinic that wasn't great.Oh also, we were asked to fill out a review form after our treatments where we should rate everything. It was awkward, to be honest, as the girls could read it right away. We felt they got upset, one of the girls didn't say goodbye. It's not right to do it this way. It should be anonymous and we should be putting them in envelopes to their managers. We felt awkward leaving the clinic and also feeling bad for the girls having the pressure of being rated so in their faces. The girls were fine.

none! Dreadful customer service. I bought a Groupon voucher as a taster, as I have never used a cosmetic clinic before. Rude guy on the phone, had no interest in redeeming my voucher, told me to get my money back from Groupon! Why bother selling them if you don't want the business?

Five-treatment pamper package. I had the five-treatment pamper package for £25.00. It was extremely good, particularly as I am arthritic. The back massage was as good if not better than a physiotherapy session. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. I enjoyed the whole experience in contrast to previous reviews. I found the staff friendly and helpful when I rang to book, and had no trouble getting through or finding a suitable date for treatment. Don't know where the bad-mannered man was, but there was a friendly man on the desk when I arrived.
