I visited Face and Body Cosmetic Clinic today for Visia Complexion Analysis. My skin analysis was with Becky who was professional and friendly. She carried out the analysis (which helps to determine areas of UV damage, redness, enlarged pores etc) and then patiently talked me through the results while answering my many questions! Becky then recommended products to help to improve my 'problem areas'. I liked the fact that Becky targeted her recommendations to a few key products and did not pressurise me to purchase them but was able to say why each was important for me. I did purchase some products and intend to return in a month to repeat the analysis to see if the skincare regime recommended has made a difference. This is the great strength of buying new products after the skin analysis as you have a detailed photographic record of the 'before' and so can properly evaluate the effects of the products. I chose to visit Face and Body Cosmetic Clinic on the recommendation of a friend. The clinic is conveniently located in Edinburgh's West End. The staff were warm and welcoming and I was offered a hot or cold drink while filling out some paperwork in their stylish reception area. read more
