Phoned up they got me booked in quickly for mole removal.she was pleasant and told me what to expect and got on with her job in a professional manner.. I'm glad I had what I needed have done and I will be back for more treatment the price was not to expensive was happy with my mole removal..

I had already been for this treatment before at another clinic, I looked around for someone closer to home and found Swann Beauty. Unlike the previous clinic, a follow up was advised which I went for a needed a top up, as a result the treatment lasted much longer this time. Every time I called the response I got was very professional and helpful. The clinic is small but very comfortable, clean and welcoming. I was put at ease before, during and after the treatment and felt like nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the treatment I was made to feel comfortable and that the person was very knowledgeable and competent.This clinic offers a more personal touch you don't get with bigger clinics, which was my 1st experience of this treatment.

I suffer from body dysmorphia along with post-traumatic stress, I was very anxious but Kelly has made me feel so comfortable, You are not just a patient, you become a friend. I can not recommend her more. My anxiety disappeared because of her calming attitude and endless support. She really does go out of her way for her customers. Constant support after procedure, No hidden charges. Honest, Professional, So long as she is in business I will be a regular! I feel fabulous! My dysmorphia is now at ease and I am less self conscious. :) 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Money well spent!!

Kelly Swann explained all of the benefits and potential side effects of the treatment. I had laser treatment for facial thread veins, and after applying anesthetic cream, the sensation was like tiny pin pricks. My face was understandably quite red initially, but the veins have not refilled and I am very happy with the outcome. I wish I had them done sooner. Very good advise given, treatment carried out without delay and with excellent results. Extremely professional and friendly clinic.
