Really happy with the service and treatment I received.. I have been considering treatment for wrinkles for a year now but so confused with where to go as it can all be slightly overwhelming but a friend recommend Day Aesthtics to me and I am so glad they did!! Not only am I really amazed with how well it's worked I am so grateful for all the information I was giving before my treatment and take comfort in the fact Amie reviews my treatment after two weeks to make sure I've not had any reactions and I'm happy with how my treatment has gone.. Other companies don't offer this service and I wouldn't feel comfortable receiving my treatment from anywhere else but Day Aesthetics. Fantastic service can't rate Day Aesthtics highly enough. When receiving any type of treatment to your facial area it can be slightly nerving but Amie not only fully explains the procedure and makes you feel totally relaxed and at ease!!

"Skilled and professional help"

Medical for D4 Driving Licence Renewal form for over 70's.Having never ever done one of these forms before I was feeling like a fish out of water but with the skilled and professional help I received from Dr Vamsee Bammidi with the medical side of things and the filling in of the form, it was all sorted out and it relieved me of any worries I had. I will definitely be calling on him again when I next need to sort out one of these forms again. Thank you. At first I went to ask my Doctor about the filling in of the D4 medical form and was messed around with him saying he hadn't got the time to do it, as he already was two Doctor's short and told me to ask some other Doctor to do it, I went to three Doctors and was told I would have to pay £100 at all these Doctor's, so going back to mine and trying to insist he did it, only to be told it would cost me £110.So I looked on the internet to see what the lorry driver's do about it and found: The Unicare Group. I gave them a call to see if they could do the D4 medical and form for someone coming up to 70 years of age ( just wanting to retain what I could already drive after 70 years of age) and was told they could plus it would only cost me £49.
