The process of booking was easy and the lady I dealt with was professional and friendly. Everything was booked but just prior to having the treatment of removal of a growth, I found that it had fallen off on its own. This meant that the procedure was not required. My deposit was refunded with no issues and if I required this service again this is definitely the company I would use. The service I received was excellent even though I did not require the completion of the procedure.
