I'm 56 years old and getting quite a few wrinkles around my eyes and particularly frown lines between my eyebrows, I was considering fillers to see if it could relax these lines a little. I was very apprehensive, to begin with, but was reassured to know that Raj is actually a Doctor. I originally had a phone consultation where he gave me lots of information about the treatment and potential side effects. When I had my actual consultation he again gave me loads of time discussing the treatment and any questions that I had. Raj took his time marking out exactly where the injections needed to go for the safest and most effective results. I felt in very safe hands. The actual treatment was virtually painless and left so few marks. I was able to go shopping after without worrying about people noticing. I have no hesitation what so ever to recommending Raj to other people. Too soon to see the effect yet as only went today but I have every confidence that I will look 21 in the morning. Treatment for Wrinkles, Medium Chemical Peel, Massage I started visiting these guys a few months before my wedding last year. I initially booked in with 2 of my bridesmaids at the day spa and had a really enjoyable pamper afternoon. Both my bridesmaids and myself had Treatment for Wrinkles around our eyes, a chemical peel and a massage. The wedding package was fantastic and i'd really recommend it to any bride to be, Shaun and Victoria created a bespoke package for my bridesmaids and I. I had a face to face consultation prior to the day and both my bridesmaids had telephone consultations so we could discuss the results we all wanted to achieve from our treatments. We were all so pleased with our results that we have all continued to visit the salon regularly for treatment.As part of our bespoke package we were picked up from our hotel by the London Black Cab Chauffeur service, we arrived at the salon relaxed and stress free. The salon itself is beautifully decorated throughout and it has a really relaxing atmosphere. All the staff are fantastic, really approachable and more than happy to help you with anything. The waiting area in the beauty room is lovely, again it is a very calming serene atmosphere and just encourages you to relax. You can spend time here whilst not having treatments or go to the bar area where coffee, juices and cocktails are all available. In the past, I had a bad experience with an aesthetic treatment so understood all too well the importance of choosing a highly trained and highly knowledgeable practitioner. It was also important for me to visit a clinic that would know how to treat me if things did not go quite to plan. With every topical medication and aesthetic treatment, there are side effects that patients may, unfortunately, an experience that can't always be avoided. Unfortunately, I experienced an allergic reaction to one of the medications I was prescribed, when I contacted the clinic I was reviewed quickly over the phone and seen in clinic that day. Dr Raj assessed me and was very reassuring, he was able to prescribe me medications I needed to promptly treat the allergy without me having to wait for an appointment with my own GP. My symptoms reduced quickly and I was supported throughout this time. I was reviewed again a few days later to check that my symptoms were responding well to treatment. I can't emphasise enough how important it is if you are considering any kind of treatment to ensure the clinic you are visiting pride themselves on patient safety. read more
