I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I had an infected cyst on back of my neck - sadly not making much progress through NHS, decided to look for a private consultation and found that Dr Charan offered this service. From the initial call, I felt comfortable that Dr Charan was very experienced in this area - and I was super impressed that he was able to see me that same day, and in the evening, clearly went out of his way to ensure I was seen as quickly as possible. When Dr Charan saw me, he told me the cyst needed removing, due to the infection would be a slightly longer process - in fact, the cyst was much deeper than first thought and Dr Charan spent a long time ensuring the cyst that had burst under the skin was completely removed, not rushing and talking me through what was happening.
