I had an infected cyst on back of my neck - sadly not making much progress through NHS, decided to look for a private consultation and found that Dr Charan offered this service. From the initial call, I felt comfortable that Dr Charan was very experienced in this area - and I was super impressed that he was able to see me that same day, and in the evening, clearly went out of his way to ensure I was seen as quickly as possible. When Dr Charan saw me, he told me the cyst needed removing, due to the infection would be a slightly longer process - in fact, the cyst was much deeper than first thought and Dr Charan spent a long time ensuring the cyst that had burst under the skin was completely removed, not rushing and talking me through what was happening. Cannot fault the level of care and attention on the day and the after care I have received. Very highly recommended and thank you again for all your help!
