I arrived at my appointment flustered and late. Ruth was very kind and understanding and put me at ease straight away.I had some skin tags removed whilst we chatted comfortably and I can honestly say the session was pleasant and relaxing.The reception room and the treatment room were bright clean and stylish.I can’t imagine how the whole experience including the actual treatment could have been improved upon. Visited the clinic today first time to have a wart removed from my eye. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The clinic itself is spotless. The treatment was pain-free, and the clinician (sorry didn’t catch your name )was very good making sure I was comfortable throughout.
