"Don't see too much of a difference"

I had treatment in 2 deep frown lines and a wrinkle (not deep) across my forehead. It was really painful, like having lots of bees sting you. The treatment was over within a couple of minutes, thankfully. I'd recommend a numbing cream as this may help. I bled a little but had no bruising, although everyone is different. I was told that I'd see at least a 60% improvement in my frown lines. I haven't. I don't see too much of a difference. I emailed the clinic, noting my disappointment. The clinic hasn't even been courteous enough to reply. The lady, Fiona, was quick to get back to me initially when I asked for a price however. Due to this, I will go elsewhere next time. I'd also like to add. While the dentist and Fiona were pleasant enough, I got the feeling that I was just a £ sign. There were no pleasantries exchanged and I was ushered out quickly because the next patient arrived. It all felt a bit odd.

Very professional and knowledgable. With her warm welcoming she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything and options in detail. I would certainly recommend Ros for treatment. Excellent service all round. I had my appointment at the beauty rooms in Chichester and they are all friendly and welcoming. Beautiful decor with a relaxing atmosphere, very neat and clean. I would recommend having treatments there.

I had semi-permanent make-up with Dawn. She was very professional and fully explained the procedure. Initially I was nervous but she put my mind at rest. It took over 2 hours and she was very patient and a perfectionist.

I went in for treatment for forehead wrinkles and frown line and dermal fillers, under eye, nose to mouth and chin reshape, truly amazing results so happy and can't wait to have done again as so surprised at minimal discomfort while having it done. Marea is such a lovely reassuring highly qualified nurse. I put all my trust in her. Her work is amazing and the clinic is so friendly and welcoming putting you at ease. I would not want to go anywhere else for my treatments.

Today, I nervously went for first time ever for fillers at Dr Deignan's clinic ( Am 72 years old!) . She exuded an air of putting me at ease as well as her professionalism. After spending time chatting to her work colleagues, am now thinking of having a non surgical face lift treatment(HIFU),Am so pleased they had been recommended to me !.. In turn , I will recommend The Regenia Clinic to any of my friends! Really good value! Sian
