I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

Wanted to liven up my features. I had bio filler, the results are really good it's nothing too obvious. Good value. The clinic is close to me, very friendly staff and everything was explained very well.

Had a large mole removed from my face. Procedure was painless and took around half an hour. The consultant was extremely pleasant and informative and I would not hesitate to use this clinic again The clinic is modern and has a quality feel to it. I searched online and decided on Skin Sense as the consultant's history was available and they could offer me an early appointment.

Have been using Bals services for several years now, she is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease throughout your treatment. Recently I had some nano threads inserted below my jaw line, it was literally pain free having them put in, Bal explained that the results would take around 6 weeks to appear as my natural collagen started to work. Literally within 4 weeks, I could notice a huge difference to my profile and it has been improving even more since. Would highly recommend this service - it really works.
