She gave me the advice which I took, and she was true to her word and I will be going back. Pricewise, I found it to be the best, and the treatment I received was excellent. It didn't take too long to actually see the results. I'm totally pleased with the look and have enquiries on the thread lifts, so will most definitely be going back to her for more treatment. The Skin Bar is very easy to locate, and there's decent parking not too far away, just past the shop and turn right where the Natwest Bank is; Two hours free parking. The salon is a very pleasant atmosphere and not at all standoffish. Found them very helpful with no hard sell, just the correct information for your needs. No hard sell.

Had an amazing experience here. The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. They helped me with any questions I had and how to set up my payment plan. It was great, as I had only had four sessions of laser and I hadn’t had to shave for three months.

I have had many treatments here and would not go anywhere else. The staff are professional, friendly and so good at what they do. I have had Microblade brows, facials, nails, massages and specialist Xanthelasma removal using Fibroblast. They have helped me so much with everything I was trying to achieve. A fantastic place. The clinic is lovely, modern and very clean. They have a wide variety of treatments and are always there for advice.

Theresa is in a league of her own, she does my PMU brows and lip fillers and I am over the moon with the results every time I leave the clinic. The clinic is always spotless, the staff are friendly and Theresa herself is super lovely.

Manicure and pedicure. Probably one of, if not the, best manicures/pedicures I've ever had! Really thorough and meticulously painted. Can't rate Natalie highly enough! Incredibly calming consultant and lovely feeling in the salon. Tucked away above the retail premises at street level in Central Richmond, so noise was minimal and privacy was heightened; made the environment and treatment feel even more relaxing. Five stars and incredible value for money. I also had a massage/facial over five years ago and still sticks in my mind as one of the best as well. The same consultant is still there which just proves how reliable they are, and what a hidden gem of a salon this really is!
