I cannot recommend Dr Hennessy enough, he was professional and the results from the treatment for lines and wrinkles are the best I have ever had. I have had Treatment for lines and wrinkles many times prior but this was by far the best overall experience; right from making the appointment to the treatment and results. Just superb - highly recommended

Though I am a regular in other aesthetic clinic, I tried my Zeltiq in Yume Aesthetic, Am so happy with their service that I add on Veula smooth and eMatrix in Yume Aesthetic. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service in Yume Aesthetic. The doctors and staffs are very nice and not pushy for sales unlike many others. Though located at Orchard, the price is very reasonable. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to Yume Aesthetic. You must try it to experience and you will never go to another aesthetic.

I have had rosacea for years (it runs in the family). At first it was only redness but in the last few years veins have appeared to the point I would not go out without putting a foundation/consealer on my face.The treatment was done using laser equipment. As the doctor told me it would stung at times in places that are more sensitives. Nothing that you can't stand. I have seen some improvement since my treatment. Need to go for a second one and all should be good. The staff and doctor were very nice. The doctor explained in details, after having examined my skin, what the treatment for the veins consisted in. She also explained that she could treat me for the redness on my face but that it was decision.The doctor never pushed me to have treatments done immediately or at all. In fact, I was the one who asked if she had time to do the treatment for the veins immediately. She did and I had my first treatment. She talked to me the entire time, explaining what she was doing. Made me feel comfortable.

First off, I want to say Kiran was AMAZING! I have been getting skin peels and micro-needling done since last year and to me, I noticed my acne scars and hyperpigmentation has diminished by at least 80%! Firstly, I must say that Austin was fantastic, he really put me at ease. He took time to explain the procedure thoroughly. He even went as far as to test the needle on me so I could see whether it would hurt - it didn't - seriously not at all. He answered all my questions and really was lovely. The clinic was so clean and hygienic. The treatment itself was quick and I am thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend Austin Brewer.
