This is my first visit to a skin doctor and to this clinic. The skin doctor answered all my questions professionally. She had free time in the morning so we proceeded immediately with the laser wart removal which costs around rm350 overall including medication. The laser surgery went smoothly without major pain (you're given a local anaesthetic) and the nurses were kind and friendly too. I would highly recommend this clinic. read more

I went to the clinic for a filler treatment for hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating in the armpits). The clinic was flexible in their availability and I scheduled my appointment as filler for a last-minute cancellation. Upon arrival, I met the assistant who took me to the examination room/ treatment room and subsequently saw the doctor to further discuss the treatment. I was told that the injections may last around 6 to 8 months on average but it may last longer in some cases. I then looked over the information provided and signed the consent form. As for the actual treatment, the needle used was quite small and I could feel the pricks but it was more uncomfortable than anything else. I did not experience any pain, though. Furthermore, I was told the treatment may not take effect immediately as it could take up to 10 days to take effect (individual results may vary). The price with taxes included was $977.29 (for 100 cc) but again, the price may vary. The clinic does provide a receipt for insurance purposes. I chose this particular clinic because the online reviews were mostly positive. Dr. Ptito has the required credentials and a lot of experience in the area of cosmetic procedures. Moreover, I also prefer having a female doctor over a male doctor, if possible. Lastly, the clinic is walking distance from my apartment which I found very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful and so was the rest of the staff. I received a follow-up email a week after my procedure to see if I had any questions or concerns. It has been one month since my procedure and I am very happy with the results. In my case, the treatment took effect after 6 hours and I hope that it will last for several months. read more

I called on the off chance of getting an “emergency” ear clean out after getting blocked up over the weekend, nowhere else had appointments. I needed to be 100% for the upcoming days ahead, I was over the moon. I was given the same day late afternoon appointment that suited me perfectly. All sorted straight away, much cheaper and definitely better than other similar services I’ve used. The procedure was done efficiently, I was made to feel 100% comfortable as soon as I arrived (although I was a little late... sorry). Highly recommend, would definitely use again. read more

I had sunspot laser removal on my arms.Sam was very friendly and efficient. He advised what was happening and was very careful to ensure all was okay throughout the treatment.After the treatment, the area was uncomfortable for a few days (like having burns) but not painful.I am just coming into the 3rd week after treatment and it seems to be working and clearing up my sunspots.The area of treatment was red and angry for two weeks but now the area is fading and looking healthier. Maybe another week until all signs of treatment is gone. The clinic was very professional, very efficient and I believe good value for money. I chose this clinic because of the positive reviews it received and its location to home.My appointment was on time and handled well by the staff.
